Selecting skin care products based on skin condition scanning
Skin condition scanning allows one to more easily find products that match the condition of their skin. Based on a skin condition scan, a person can view products appropriate for their skin condition such as skin type, oiliness or oil balance, fine lines or wrinkles, or hydration, of a combination. A scanning device is used to scan two or more locations of a person's skin. For example, three different locations of the face can be scanned, such as the forehead and cheek and near the eyes. The scan determines a skin condition result for the person's skin.
Diverse Cosmetic and Skin Care Product Matching System
Various techniques pertain to a system having multiple mobile computing devices that includes a unified front end computing device and a mobile computing device of a client, a first artificial intelligence model operatively coupled to the multiple mobile computing devices and predicting a predicted body characteristic of a part of a body of the client for providing body care to the client, a second artificial intelligence model operatively coupled to the multiple mobile computing devices and predicting a list of products or services for the body care at least by executing a recommendation service on the list of products or services, and a data lake that is integrated with multiple application programming interfaces across multiple computing nodes and stores multiple types of data for predicting the list of products or services by the first artificial intelligence model and for predicting the personalized recommendation by the second artificial intelligence model.
BLOOD VESSEL ESTIMATION DEVICE, BLOOD VESSEL ESTIMATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM
A condition of blood vessels is easily evaluated. One aspect of the present invention is a blood vessel estimation device including: an acquisition unit configured to acquire a skin index of a face and/or an internal index related to a skin of a subject; and a blood vessel estimation unit configured to estimate a capillary condition and/or a non-capillary blood vessel condition of the face of the subject from the skin index of the face and/or the internal index related to the skin of the subject.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR IN VIVO TISSUE DIAGNOSIS
Systems, devices, and methods for in vivo tissue diagnosis are provided. Optical spectroscopy can be utilized to characterize the morphological and/or compositional characteristics of in vivo tissue, and an indentation method can be used to measure the mechanical characteristics of the tissue. These intrinsic properties can then be used to detect disease and/or injury development in the in vivo tissue. A portable, handheld device can be used to perform the optical spectroscopy and/or the indentation method.
Systems and methods for preventing and treating wrinkles
Systems and methods for determining a patient treatment plan to prevent or treat wrinkles using a neural network. The method includes receiving, by a computing device, patient data including at least a dynamic index and a static index for at least one muscle group of a patient. The method also includes determining, by the computing device, based on the patient data, a patient treatment plan including at least one dose of a treating compound to be administered to the patient at one or more application locations on the patient. The method further includes providing, by the computing device, the patient treatment plan for use in preventing or treating wrinkles on the patient.
DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MONITORING BODY TISSUE OF A PATIENT
A diagnostic device (110) for monitoring at least one body tissue (134) of a patient is disclosed. The diagnostic device (110) comprises:
a. at least one bracelet (112) configured to be strapped around a body part (132) of the patient;
b. at least one electromechanical actuator (114) configured for actively varying a circumference of the bracelet (112);
c. at least one measurement unit (126) configured for determining at least one item of information on an electrical power applied to the electromechanical actuator (114) and at least one item of circumference information on the circumference of the bracelet (112); and
d. at least one evaluation unit (128) configured for determining at least one item of information on a status of the body tissue (134) from the item of information on the electrical power applied to the electromechanical actuator (114) and the item of circumference information, wherein the evaluation unit (128) is configured for determining a point of contact at which the circumference of the bracelet (112) corresponds to the circumference of the body part.
Further, a method of monitoring at least one body tissue (134) of a patient is disclosed.
Aspiration device for determining mechanical properties of soft tissues and methods therefor
An aspiration device (110) for measuring the viscoelastic deformability of biological tissues and synthetic materials comprises a probe head (11), a probe channel (41), a pressure unit (20), a pressure sensor (31) and a control unit (60). The first probe channel (41) is connecting the pressure unit (20) providing a vacuum with the probe head and includes the pressure sensor (31) detecting the pressure in the first probe channel (41). The first probe channel (41) has a distal end (141) leading with its lower open end (144) through the top wall (14) into the cavity (15) of the probe head. The cavity (15) comprises either an opening (16) in the side or top wall (13, 14) or a second probe channel connected with a valve. A measurement cycle comprises applying under pressure in the first probe channel (41), measuring the under pressure with the pressure sensor (31), detecting a change of under pressure increase over time (301, 401), increasing the under pressure to a predetermined maximum under pressure (303), decreasing the under pressure beyond this point in time and detecting a change of under pressure decrease over time (302, 402).
NON-INVASIVE CENTRAL VENOUS PRESSURE MONITORING DEVICE
This invention relates to a method and system for non-invasively monitoring central venous pressure, using a set of microneedles and micro-electromechanical systems, e.g., in heart failure. Herein, the microneedle-based sensor attaches to the skin at the neck of a subject to monitor central venous pressure, as it is a direct representative of filling pressures causing skin sub-surface strain.
Lymphatic diagnostic device
Diagnostic devices can be used for diagnosing lymphedema. The diagnostic devices may include an array of sensors, which can at least include a durometer, temperature sensor, and dielectric sensor, to measure parameters of tissue. The measurements may be used to generate a tissue health score to diagnose lymphedema and monitor tissue heath.
