INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD, STORAGE MEDIUM, SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ARTICLE
An information processing apparatus configured to control display on a user interface includes an acquisition unit configured to acquire recipe data regarding a processing condition of a substrate processing apparatus configured to process a substrate and layout data regarding a layout of a processed portion of the substrate processed by the substrate processing apparatus, and a display control unit configured to perform control to display, on the user interface, information regarding the layout data and information regarding the recipe data related to the layout data, the layout data and the recipe data being acquired by the acquisition unit, in association with each other.
Data analysis platform
Systems and methods are provided for handling sequence-dependent data as part of processing and/or analyzing large data sets in a distributed data processing environment. The distributed data processing environment can be suitable for handling data generated at a plurality of sites within a network of manufacturing sites. The systems and methods can allow for pre-processing of some values for sequence-dependent data. This can allow secondary aggregated values and/or secondary aggregated data sets to be generated from sequence-dependent data that can span multiple blocks or partitions. Pre-calculation of secondary aggregated values and/or secondary aggregated data sets for sequence-dependent data can allow the efficiencies of parallel or distributed computation to be at least partially retained while also allowing for desired processing of the sequence-dependent data.
Metered Dispensing System
An improved flow rate metering device that provides for the mixing and dispensing of two or more fluids to form final mixture, for example, for automatic washing of cars and trucks. More specifically, the invention is a system that mixes and ejects chemicals, creating a very precise mixture of one or more chemicals with a dilutant, such as water. The device also has the capability of monitoring an entire chemical dilution and release system, comprising multiple chemicals, and using software to document past and current usage rates, along with predicting future usage rates based upon both past usage rates and environmental conditions.
Graphical and text based co-design editor for industrial automation projects
An industrial IDE supports development of control programming using an industrial domain-specific language (DSL) that allows control programming to be written using a scripted programming language having features catered to the industrial domain. The industrial DSL can simplify and streamline development of industrial control code relative to using conventional graphics-based control programming formats such as ladder logic, since a script-based industrial DSL can be used to write programming code using fewer mouse clicks relative to traditional control programming environments. Editing tools inherent to the industrial DSL can provide dynamic programming feedback that guides the developer through the process of developing control code. A development interface of the industrial IDE can comprises two editing windows that render the control program in a graphical format and in a text-based format simultaneously, allowing the user to edit the program in either format on the same interface.
Automation windows for robotic process automation
Automation windows for RPA for attended or unattended robots are disclosed. A child session is created and hosted as a window including the UIs of applications of a window associated with a parent session. Running multiple sessions allows a robot to operate in this child session while the user interacts with the parent session. The user may thus be able to interact with applications that the robot is not using or the user and the robot may be able to interact with the same application if that application is capable of this functionality. The user and the robot are both interacting with the same application instances and file system. Changes made via the robot and the user in an application will be made as if a single user made them, rather than having the user and the robot each work with separate versions of the applications and file systems.
Methods and apparatus to virtualize a process control system
Methods and apparatus to virtualize a process control system are described. A described process control system includes a server cluster including one or more servers. When operating, the server cluster provides a virtual workstation or virtual server, a virtual controller to interoperate with the virtual workstation or server and to implement process control operations, and a virtual input/output device to interoperate with the virtual controller and coupled to one or more field devices within the process control system.
Programmable display, display control method, and display control program
To provide a programmable display that enables content for coping with an event that has occurred to be promptly used. A programmable display that can communicate with a control device that controls production equipment includes a display; a storage device that stores a plurality of pieces of content that can be used by the programmable display; a detection part that detects a predetermined event that occurs in the production equipment; a learning part that learns a probability that each of 5 the plurality of pieces of content will be used under a condition that the predetermined event occurs by monitoring content used by the programmable display when the predetermined event is detected; and a specification part that specifies content having a high possibility of being used by the programmable display among the plurality of pieces of content based on the learned probability when the predetermined event is detected.
Apparatus and method for controlling injection molding
An apparatus and method for establishing triggers for the opening of one or multiple gates to a mold cavity of an injection molding system, followed by a sequence of predetermined valve pin movements over the course on an injection cycle. In one embodiment, the invention provides a graphical user interface and control system enabling a user to select from and arrange a plurality of virtual icons into a user-defined virtual sequence that define associated triggering events and actuator controlled pin movements over the course of an injection cycle. In various embodiments, the apparatus and method allows the system operator to view a simulated profile of such triggers and movements and to compare the simulated profile to an actual profile to access differences and make adjustments to the triggers and sequencing more quickly and efficiently. This is particularly useful in sequential molding systems where multiple gates need to be programmed and adjusted to compensate for variations from a predetermined sequence.
Rich contextualization of automation data
A method of operating an intelligent programmable logic controller (PLC) as part of a production process within an automation system includes the intelligent PLC receiving automation system data and a semantic context model comprising a plurality of ontologies providing formal specifications of conceptual entities associated with the automation system. The intelligent PLC creates one or more semantic annotations for the automation system data using the semantic context model. These semantic annotations are stored along with the automation system data in a non-volatile storage medium included in the intelligent PLC.
Playback modification based on proximity
Techniques described herein may involve modification of playback based on the proximity of a user to a playback device. An example technique involves a device determining that a listener is within a given proximity of a first playback device and based on determining that the listener is within the given proximity of the first playback device, causing the first playback device to begin playback of first media and causing a second playback device to modify playback of second media.
