Various embodiments described herein relate to a method and related wearable device and non-transitory machine-readable medium including receiving sensor data from at least one sensor of the wearable device; comparing the sensor data to schedule format stored in a memory of the wearable device, wherein the schedule format specifies at least one characteristic of sensor readings previously associated with a predefined context; determining that the received sensor data matches the schedule format; determining, based on the received sensor data matching the schedule format, that the user is currently in the predefined context; identifying an action associated with the predefined context; and executing the action while the user is in the predefined context.

Technologies and implementations related to facilitating grouping of electrocardiogram (ECG) signals of a heart of a person (e.g., patient) wearing a wearable medical device (WMD). The ECG signals may be acquired during various times (e.g., during a normal rhythm of the heart and/or during an event of the rhythm of the heart) including various times of activity of the person (e.g., sleeping, awake, active, inactive, etc.). The ECG signals may be received and analyzed to determine if the ECG signals may be indicative of an event associated with a heart of the person or not.

A control system for controlling tension applied to a lace cable coupled to a support structure of an adaptive support garment is discussed herein. The control system can include a lace spool, a damper mechanism, and a locking ring. The lace spool can include a lace groove to receive the lace cable and a rotary bias member to apply rotational tension to resist extension of the lace cable out of a housing holding the control system. The damper mechanism is engagable with the lace spool to generate an additional rotational tension resisting extension of the lace cable out of the housing. The locking ring is frictionally coupled to the lace spool, and the locking ring can include a lock wedge adapted to disengage the damper mechanism upon rotation into a pre-determined rotational position relative to the damper mechanism.

A system for preparing a prescription for the use of one or more orthodontal correction devices, such as aligners, which allows for remote interaction and guidance by dental professionals with their patients. The aligner may include a sensor to detect when it is being worn for tracking compliance and determining when the next correction device within the prescription should replace the current correction device. A software application associated with the patient allows them to view and track their progress and to send data to their dental professional, and similarly the dental professional is alerted by the present invention when compliance issues or other issues may arise requiring intervention.
