A trained algorithm may be used to process the ECG data and the audio data to determine the state or condition of the organ of the subject. More specifically, the trained algorithm can be customized for a specific indication or condition. An output indicative of the state or condition of the heart of the subject may be provided on the computing device.

The techniques can include outputting the output diagnosis.
