Tubular compressive orthosis
The invention relates to a tubular compressive orthosis having an upper edge defining a first knitted compression zone, and comprising, close to said upper edge, at least one grip element facilitating the process of putting on the orthosis. Characteristically, the grip element is a second knitted gripping zone arranged beneath the upper edge and having a mesh density higher than the mesh density of the first compression zone.
Two sock system
A two sock system, including an inner sock, and an outer sock surrounding the inner sock, wherein the inner sock and the outer sock include a support band system that prevents movement of the inner sock relative to the outer sock. A method of preventing movement between an inner sock and outer sock in a two sock system, by preventing movement of the inner sock on a user's foot, and preventing movement of the outer sock on the inner sock, wherein the inner sock and outer sock are unattached.

A method of preventing movement between an inner sock and outer sock in a two sock system, by preventing movement of the inner sock on a user's foot, and preventing movement of the outer sock on the inner sock, wherein the inner sock and outer sock are unattached.
SOCK FOR IMPROVING COMFORT FOR A USER
A sock for improving comfort for a user is provided. The sock includes a foot area having a closed end, an open end opposite the closed end, and a notch extending from an edge of the open end of the sock toward the closed end. When a part of a user's body is inserted into the sock, the notch is configured to expand from a first state, in which edges of the notch are at a first angle with respect to each other, to a second state, in which the edges of the notch are at a second angle with respect to each other, wherein the second angle is greater than the first angle.
Sock and gaiter combination
A sock and gaiter combination is disclosed as an article of clothing. An example of the sock and gaiter combination includes a sock having a calf portion, an ankle portion and a foot portion. The example sock and gaiter combination also includes a gaiter integral with the sock. The gaiter is operable between a sock configuration and a gaiter configuration. The gaiter covers the calf portion of the sock in the sock configuration. The gaiter is folded down at least partially over the ankle portion of the sock in the gaiter configuration. In an example, the sock and gaiter combination includes a transition area between the ankle portion and the calf portion of the sock.
SOCKS WITH BAND PORTION ONLY CONSISTING OF COVERING YARN AND WITH STRONG COUPLING BETWEEN BAND AND LEG PORTIONS
The present disclosure provides a sock comprising a leg portion, and an elastic band portion coupled to the leg portion, wherein the band portion is knitted using only a covering yarn, wherein a bottom of the band portion is coupled in an integrated manner to a top of the leg portion via knitting, wherein the band portion has inner and outer portions, wherein the band and leg portions are knitted with each other such that each of first loops of outer and inner yarns of the leg portion passes through and hooks on both of first and last loops of the band portion, and, thereafter, the covering yarn is cut, and, then, the leg portion is continuously knitted using the outer and inner yarns thereof.
Compound Athletic Stocking
A compound stocking has a principle portion having a closed toe end and an upper, open end, formed to cover an athlete's foot and ankle, and an outer, movable portion, in part elastic, having an open end and joined at an opposite end to the principle inner portion along a join line around the athlete's leg above the ankle. With the outer portion drawn up and the athlete's foot in an athletic shoe having spikes on a front sole area, and with the shoe laced up along a lacing region, the outer portion is outside and above an upper edge of the shoe, and wherein with the outer portion then pulled down over the heel and mid portions of the athletic shoe, the upper edge of the shoe and the lacing region are covered, but the spikes are not.
Performance enhanced water sock
A water sock forming a tubular body having a pair of opposing, open ends that allow the water sock to be put on and removed as easily as any sock. The simple design of this water sock makes it compatible with any type of outer footwear. In one exemplary embodiment, a stretchable toe strap extends between opposing sides of the water sock adjacent to one of the open ends. This toe strap is received between two of the wearer's toes during use and prevents the water sock from sliding rearward toward the wearer's heel.
COMPRESSION KNIT FABRIC COMPONENT
A compression knit fabric, in particular a flat-knit fabric, composed of at least one knitted yarn and an incorporated elastic weft yarn, with a first knit fabric section having a compressive first base weave, to which is attached a second knit fabric section having a second weave different from the base weave which imparts to the second knit fabric section greater elasticity in the longitudinal and/or transverse direction of the knit fabric section than in the first knit fabric section, to which is attached a third knit fabric section having a third weave different from the first base weave and second base weave which imparts to the third knit fabric section greater elasticity in the longitudinal and/or transverse direction of the knit fabric section than in the second knit fabric section.
Textile thigh protector
A garment is configured to be worn over a thigh of an individual for protecting the thigh from irritation due to facing surfaces of the thighs of the individual bearing or rubbing against each other. The garment includes an elastic tubular member having a dimension smaller than a length of the thigh of the individual, having a circumference smaller than the circumference of at least a portion of the thigh of the individual, having a top and a bottom, and having an elastic characteristic. The garment also includes gripping member(s) along an inner circumference of the elastic tubular member. Methods of making the garment are also provided.
