Apparatus and method for providing patient imaging
A method of providing imaging of a patient supported by a patient support platform arranged to be rotated about a first patient rotation axis by a patient rotation angle, the method constituted of: rotating an imager about an imager rotation axis by the patient rotation angle; translating the imager along a first imager translation axis; and translating the imager along a second imager translation axis different than the first imager translation axis, wherein responsive to the translation of the imager along the first imager translation axis and along the second imager translation axis, the imager is translated along an imaging axis defined by the patient support platform such that the imager is arranged to image the patient supported by the patient support platform.
X-RAY IMAGING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME
An imaging apparatus includes a camera to capture a camera image of a target disposed on an examination table; an X-ray source to generate and radiate X-rays; a memory to store imaging protocols; a display; and a controller. The controller is configured to receive information regarding a selection of an imaging protocol, identify a position of an imaging region of the target based on the camera image, the imaging region corresponding to the selection of the imaging protocol and the camera image being acquired with the examination table at a first distance from the X-ray source, control the display to display the camera image of the target and an indicator indicating the imaging region on the camera image based on the identified position, and control the X-ray source to radiate the X-rays toward the target disposed on the examination table at a second distance from the X-ray source.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR A DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE
A device and to an associated method for a diagnostic apparatus. A housing unit can be aligned by way of a securing unit which is connected to the housing and it can be controlled in such a way that the diaphragm unit which is connected to the x-ray source and is arranged in the housing unit can be aligned in accordance with a specified position.
RECORD AND RECONSTRUCT X-RAY IMAGE DATA ON THE BASIS OF ELLIPTICAL CYLINDERS
A recording and reconstruction of image data of a predetermined object of an examination object is performed by an x-ray system. The x-ray system determines a number of elliptical cylinders so that the object is arranged entirely in the volumes of the cylinders. Data within each of the cylinders is recorded by the x-ray system. The image data of the object is reconstructed based on the data recorded for each of the cylinders.
X-RAY DETECTOR AND X-RAY APPARATUS
An X-ray detector includes a plurality of photodiodes arranged in a matrix shape and respectively connected to switching devices, a plurality of gate lines formed in a first direction and connected to the switching devices; a plurality of data lines, wherein N data lines are formed in each second-direction column of the matrix shape, wherein N is greater than 1; and a read-out circuit connected to the plurality of data lines and configured to read out photocurrents from the plurality of photodiodes and convert the photocurrents into X-ray image data, wherein each of switching devices included in each second-direction column of the matrix shape is connected to one of the N data lines.
Cable track for scanning head of paper machine or other system
An apparatus includes a cable track configured to be coupled to a moveable object and to be pushed and pulled by the movable object without buckling. The cable track is also configured to transport at least one signal or material to or from the moveable object. The cable track has a curved profile. A cross-section of the cable track showing a height, a width, and a thickness of the cable track can have a “(” shape. The cable track can be configured to be bent in order to create a “U” bend in the cable track, and the cable track can be configured to be pushed and pulled without buckling to change a location of the “U” bend along the cable track. The cable track can be configured to change shape repeatedly between a “J” shape and a “U” shape.
X-RAY APPARATUS AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING X-RAY APPARATUS
Provided is an X-ray apparatus. The X-ray apparatus includes: an X-ray photographing unit configured to acquire first image information by irradiating an X-ray of a first dose to an object; a control unit configured to determine existence/nonexistence of a density abnormality of the object on the basis of the first image information; and an output unit configured to display information about the existence/nonexistence of the density abnormality.
RADIODIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS AND METHOD OF OPERATING RADIODIAGNOSTIC APPARATUS
A breast imaging apparatus includes a radiation source that irradiates a breast of a subject with radiation, a radiation detector that detects the radiation transmitted through the breast to output a radiographic image, an ultraviolet light source that performs irradiation of ultraviolet light, and a controller that controls an operation of the ultraviolet light source. The controller prohibits the irradiation of the ultraviolet light by the ultraviolet light source in a case where a predetermined set condition is satisfied. The controller determines that the set condition is satisfied, for example, in a case where a person is shown in a captured image of a camera.
METHOD FOR ASCERTAINING A TIME FOR A CALIBRATION, X-RAY DEVICE AND COMPUTER PROGRAM
A method ascertains a time for a fresh calibration for ascertaining up-to-date calibration parameters of an x-ray device. The x-ray device has multiple degrees of freedom of movement for its recording arrangement. X-ray images of a calibration phantom are recorded for recording positions of the recording arrangement and are evaluated to ascertain the calibration parameters allowing ascertainment of geometry parameters. In multiple operating phases, situated between two calibrations, of a further x-ray device of identical design to the x-ray device, a piece of use information describing the accumulated use of the degrees of freedom of movement during the operating phase and a piece of difference information describing the difference in the calibration parameters between the calibrations delimiting the operating phase, is ascertained and used or determining the time for a fresh calibration.

A system for protecting cables and lines is provided. The system includes a telescopic C-arm and a cable carrier. The telescopic C-arm includes an outer C-arm, an inner C-arm, an outer carriage, and an inner carriage. The outer C-arm, on an outer surface of the outer C-arm, is arranged in a displaceable manner along the outer carriage. The inner C-arm, on an outer surface of the inner C-arm, is arranged in a fixed or displaceable manner on the inner carriage. The inner carriage is arranged in a displaceable manner along an inner surface of the outer C-arm. The cable carrier connects the outer carriage and the inner carriage.
