Robot apparatus
A plurality of robot arms are each provided with indication devices that have indicators which indicate operability states of at least one other robot arm different from the robot arm on which the indication device is provided. Alternatively or in addition, the indication devices have indicators which indicate operability states of a respective robot arm upon which the indication devices are provided. Robot control devices which control operations of the robot arms communicate through a local area network (LAN) to share information regarding the states of the robot arms. Indication drive signals for the indication devices are generated based on states of servo control signals and/or brake control signals for the robot arms.

A cloud-based lamp health monitoring system is disclosed. The system may receive a powerup signal from a lamp assembly. The system may determine an elapsed operating time of the lamp assembly based on the powerup signal. AUTOMATIC HANDLING OF LAMP LOAD ON DO CHANNEL
A digital output module, method, and non-transitory computer readable medium provide for automatic handling of a lamp load on a digital output channel. The digital output module includes a digital output control switch and a processor operably connected to the digital output control switch. The digital output control switch opens and closes a circuit to a lamp load. The processor receives a readback of a current value applied to the lamp load attached to the digital output module, and controls the digital output control switch based on the readback current value.
ROBOT APPARATUS

Displacement devices and methods for fabrication, use and control of same
A displacement device comprise a stator having a plurality of electrically conductive coils shaped to provide: a first plurality of coil traces generally elongated in a stator-x direction and distributed over at least a first portion of a first layer; a second plurality of coil traces generally elongated in a stator-y direction and distributed over at least a second portion of a second layer. The first and second portions of the first and second layers overlapping one another in a stator-z direction. The displacement device also comprises a moveable stage having one or more magnet arrays. The moveable stage is moveable relative to the stator within a two-dimensional working region. The one or more magnet arrays include a first magnet array comprising a plurality of first magnetization segments, each having a corresponding first magnetization direction. The displacement device comprises one or more amplifiers connected to drive a plurality of currents in the plurality of electrically conductive coils; and a controller configured to control the currents driven by the one or more amplifiers and to thereby cause the moveable stage to track a desired position, (x.sub.r,y.sub.r), within the working region.
