PATIENT POSITIONING DEVICE
A patient positioning device facilitates the placement of a patient in the prone position on the bolsters of a medical table or bed more quickly. The patient positioning device facilitates the surgeon's removal of their arms from underneath the patient once the patient has been properly positioned in the prone position on the medical table or bed (e.g., without shifting the patient out of place). Additionally, the patient positioning device inhibits (e.g., prevents) the surgeon's arms from coming into contact with the patient's skin.
Infant anti-flail garment
A sleeper garment for an infant employs an anti-flail receptacle for mitigating a startling sensation from a flailing reflex that is inherent in development. The receptacle occupies the sleeve region and provides a limited region of movement to accommodate a controlled degree of movement, but constrains the movement to avoid startling a sleeping infant awake. The receptacle has a semicircular or polygonal shape that allows hand and elbow flexure, and a elastic mesh periphery to provide an elastic, cushioned response toward the end of the allowed range of movement as the periphery of the receptacle stretches. The receptacle defines a periphery from the shoulder toward the torso. This provides a more settling response to the flail reflex than a tight swaddle, which restricts almost all movement, and may be combined with pressure accessories to provide further soothing sensations simulating a caregiver touch.

Piece of clothing for supporting sleep
The invention relates to a piece of clothing (1), in particular to a bodysuit or overall for infants and young children, made from an elastic material for variably wrapping up and for supporting the sleep of an infant or young child, which can be used to cover up at least the torso and at least partially the arms of the body of the infant or young child, comprising a torso section (2) and a sleeve section (3), wherein the torso section (2) is connected to the sleeve section (3) and the sleeve section (3) has at least two regions (4) for variably fixing the arms of the infant or young child, and fastening means (5) for variably wrapping up the infant or young child, wherein the fastening means (5) are at least partially attached in the two regions (4) of the sleeve section (3).
BED SHEET WITH INTEGRATED SWADDLE GARMENT
A bedsheet with an integrated swaddle garment can hold babies securely while allowing access to the baby (e.g., to one or more arms and/or one or more legs of the baby) for examination and/or medical procedures without having to take the baby out of the garment. The bedsheet can be fitted over a mattress (e.g., at home, in a hospital) and the baby (newborn baby, premature baby, infant) can be placed in a cavity or pocket in the blanket and portions of the garment fastened to secure the baby or infant within the garment.

CONVERTIBLE WEARING APPAREL
A garment comprises a body having a front side and a back side, and sleeves attached to the body. The garment further comprises a bottom flap movably attached to the back side of the body, the bottom flap convertible between a first position and a second position. The sleeves of the garment may each further comprise a front side and a back side, a first flap movably attached to the back side of each sleeve and convertible between a first position and a second position. The back side of each sleeve may be longer than the front side of each sleeve. The flaps movably attached to each sleeve may each have a first and a second side, the first and the second sides each formed from fabric having a different pattern, color, texture, or other perceivable distinction than a fabric used to form the rest of the garment.
