A garment having a collar, the garment comprising: a placket, extending the length of the garment and having spaced apart first and a second buttons substantially nearer to the collar than a third button; wherein a portion of the placket intermediate the first and second button comprises a fly-front placket hiding an intermediate button therein; and wherein a remaining portion of the placket is not a fly front placket.

The disclosure relates to a garment comprising a lower torso portion comprising a front portion, a back portion, and a strap portion configured to couple the back portion and the front portion. The strap portion is fixed to one of the back portion or the front portion at one end thereof and free at the other end thereof, and the free end is configured for being removably coupled to the other of the front portion or back portion. The strap portion is configured for being circumferentially disposed over the pubis mound and between legs of the user. The strap portion comprises a first magnetic closure coupled to the free end thereof and the other of the front portion or back portion to which the strap portion is removably coupled comprises a second magnetic closure.

The collared shirt has a placket with a top piece and bottom piece extending at least a portion of the length of the shirt. The bottom piece comprises an attached collar male button, an attached first male button spaced apart from the collar male button and below the collar male button, and an attached second male button spaced apart from the first male button and below the first male button, and an intermediate male magnetic button between the first and second male buttons. The top piece comprises female buttons corresponding to the male buttons on the bottom piece. The present invention relates to a device for opening and closing an underwear urination hole, in which: a magnet and a magnetic material are used to automatically close the urination hole; the magnet and the magnetic material are covered with a synthetic resin film to prevent corrosion during a washing process; and a plurality of fine protrusions that widen the gap between the magnet and the magnetic material so that hair does not get caught therebetween and are formed to prevent the occurrence of pain caused by hair being pulled or plucked. To this end, an embodiment of the present invention provides a device for opening and closing an underwear urination hole, wherein a magnet is fixed to inner fabric of the underwear urination hole, a magnetic material is fixed to outer fabric thereof, and the underwear urination hole is opened and closed by the magnet and the magnetic material. The device for opening and closing the underwear urination hole is characterized in that: the magnet and the magnetic material are protected from corrosion by coated portions covered with a synthetic resin film; and the respective coated portions are extended to the outer periphery of the magnet and the magnetic material and then respectively attached to the inner fabric and the outer fabric through sewing portions.

An adjustable placket closure system is attached to a device at a placket formed in the material of the device. First and second fasteners of the closure system attach to the first and second sides of the placket at the placket opening, and each may include releasable portion(s) and fixed portion(s) thereof. The releasable portions of the fasteners are selectively released from the placket sides to provide access beneath the device without disengaging the fixed portions, opening the entire placket or removing the device. The device may be a medical device or garment. An access slit provided in the garment accommodates a medical tube apparatus, such as a central line, and passes the tube through the garment. This system may further be used on other materials and containers beyond garments, such as adaptive clothing and bags.
