The present disclosure provides a physiological bra with automatic volume adjustment, including: a bra body, a cup structure overlapping the bra body, and a lining structure overlapping the cup structure, where the cup structure is arranged between the bra body and the lining structure; top portions of two sides of the bra body, top portions of two sides of the cup structure and top portions of two sides of the lining structure are fixedly connected; and the cup structure is stretchable between the bra body and the lining structure to vary the volume of the lining structure. The present disclosure solves the problem that existing bras cannot meet the needs of people with breast asymmetry.

Aspects herein relate to a knit textile or garment that comprises at least a first and second portion. The first portion comprises a first percentage by weight of a first yarn and a second yarn. The second portion comprises a second percentage by weight of the first yarn and the second yarn. The two portions are integrally knitted from each other. The second portions provide a high level of air permeability, while the first portions provide moisture wicking and may be used as modesty portions in garments.

The zones may be along a center back area and/or side areas of the apparel, and the textile may increase in air permeability when exposed to water. The knitted textile further comprises a second knit textile that is integrally knit with the first knit textile and comprises a plurality of linear knit portions. A first linear knit portion comprises a first percentage by weight of the first yarn type and a second linear knit portion comprises solely the second yarn type. The first linear knit portion of the plurality of linear portions is directly interlooped with a second leaner knit portion.
