INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
The present invention ascertains the correspondence between the actual operation of an apparatus used to execute a work process and work performed by a worker while suppressing costs. This information processing device associates basic imaging data obtained by capturing the entire work site WS by one ceiling camera with process information acquired from a PLC.
Asset group interface driven by search-derived asset tree hierarchy
An asset monitoring and reporting system (AMRS) implements an interface to establish an asset hierarchy to be monitored and reported against. The interface employs a search query of extant asset data from which definitional aspects of the asset hierarchy can be identified, and therefrom the interface automatically determines control information reflective of the asset hierarchy to direct the ongoing operation of the AMRS. The interface further receives an identification of one or more asset nodes of an asset hierarchy for inclusion in an asset group, receives an identification of a group metric definition of a group metric of the asset group, and reflects in computer storage an asset group definition comprising an association of each of the one or more asset nodes and an association of the group metric definition.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING SIGNALLING OF A FIELD DEVICE
A method and a user device (10) for adapting a signaling of the field device (100) that can be displayed via a signal display (102) of a field device (100) are proposed. For this purpose, an user device (10) is used to define a color tone of at least one display element (104) of the signal display (102) of the field device (100), an attribute is assigned to the defined color tone of the at least one display element (104) of the signal display (102), wherein the attribute represents a meaning of the determined color tone for indicating a state of the field device (100), and a control signal is transmitted from the user device (10) to the field device (100), wherein the control signal contains information regarding the determined color tone and regarding the attribute associated with the determined color tone.
ABNORMALITY DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM, ABNORMALITY DIAGNOSIS METHOD, AND PROGRAM
An abnormality diagnosis system includes an image acquisition unit and an abnormality determination unit. The image acquisition unit acquires a circuit image to be diagnosed which is an image visually representing a logical circuit in a control apparatus that controls an apparatus in a facility and a control state in the logical circuit, and is a subject of an abnormality diagnosis. The abnormality determination unit determines whether or not there is a deviation between the circuit image to be diagnosed acquired by the image acquisition unit and a normal circuit image, which is a circuit image in a state in which a facility related to the control apparatus corresponding to the circuit image to be diagnosed is in a normal state. The abnormality determination unit determines that an abnormality has occurred in the facility when it is determined that there is a deviation.
DISPLAY SYSTEM, DISPLAY METHOD, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM STORING A DISPLAY PROGRAM
A display system according to one or more embodiments includes: a control unit; a display unit; and a storage unit. The storage unit is configured to store a causal relationship model representing a relationship between two or more components of the plurality of components and an abnormality that may occur in the production facility, and the control unit is configured to: display, on the display unit, a model diagram that has nodes and one or more edges connecting the nodes to each other, based on the causal relationship model; and in response to a mode selection, such as a request from a user, display the model diagram in either a first mode in which all the nodes are displayed, or a second mode in which the nodes are allocated among a predetermined number of groups based on a predetermined criterion and the groups are displayed as nodes.
AUTOMATION MANAGEMENT INTERFACE WITH MULTIPLE ASSET DISPLAY
A system and method for displaying a combination of automation data collected from one or more assets and analog data collected from a system or element related to the assets can be simultaneously displayed on the display screen in a plurality of concurrently displayed cycle displays. In response to a user input to the display screen, the data display is dynamically manipulated to display varying numbers of operating cycles of the assets and the associated analog data collected in real time with the performance of the operating cycles, such that patterns and/or correlations between the analog data and automation data over a displayed timeline can be viewed and analyzed. The automation data is visually differentiated to indicate a condition state of the operating cycle and assets in real time.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR UTILIZING INTERNET CONNECTED SENSORS FOR MANUFACTURE MONITORING
According to certain aspect of the disclosure, a computer-implemented method may be used for manufacturing monitoring using internet connected devices. The method may include receiving time series data from one or more sensors located at a manufacturing location and receiving environmental data from the one or more sensors located at a manufacturing location. Additionally, the method may include receiving quality data of one or more components produced at the manufacturing location and receiving production data of the one or more components produced at the manufacturing location. Additionally, the method may include associating the time series data and the environmental data with the quality data and production data of the one or more components produced at the manufacturing location; and displaying the associated time series data, environmental data, quality data and production data on a user device.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IMPLEMENTING STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES IN A GRAPHICAL DISPLAY CONFIGURATION
Systems and methods for generating an SOP object and executing the SOP object is described herein. The SOP object may include (a) a first element corresponding to a description for performing one or more steps of an SOP when monitoring or controlling a process plant, (b) a second element corresponding to a link to process control data associated with a first process control element included in an operating environment of the process plant to receive real-time data corresponding to a process being controlled in the process plant; and (c) a layout defining a visual representation of the first element and the second element.
Benchtop visual prototyping and assembly system
A visual prototyping and assembly system includes a work surface configured to hold one or more work-in-progress units during an assembly operation. The visual prototyping and assembly system may receive the one or more images of the work-in-progress units; determine a current assembly state of the work-in-progress units based on the one or more images of the work-in-progress units; generate a current digital twin model of the -in-progress units corresponding to the current assembly state of the work-in-progress units and display the current digital twin model a user interface; determine a subsequent assembly state of the work-in-progress units; and generate a subsequent digital twin model of the work-in-progress units corresponding to the subsequent assembly state of the work-in-progress units and display the subsequent digital twin model on the user interface.
Configuration element for graphic elements
A configuration element is presented on a configuration display view for configuring a graphic element object. The graphic element object is to be instantiated on a process control display view, and corresponds to a process entity in a process plant. The configuration element object has a set of properties for an attributed of the graphic element object and includes a link to a configuration display object from which the configuration display view is instantiated. The instantiation of the configuration element object includes a visual representation of the set of properties for the attribute of the graphic element object, and a link to the graphic element object to send data corresponding to a property configured in the configuration element from the set of properties.
