APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREOF FOR DETERMINING A CONTROL CONDITION SET OF A PRODUCTION LINE
An apparatus and a method thereof for determining a control condition set of a production line. The apparatus divides several historical control condition sets into several groups, wherein the historical control conditions corresponding to the same control factor are the same in each group. For each group, the apparatus calculates a measurement of central tendency according to the historical yield related values in the group. The apparatus decides a subset of the groups. For each group in the subset, the apparatus calculates a degree of variation and a number regarding the different control conditions between the control condition set and the group. The apparatus calculates weight scores. Based on the measurements of central tendency and the weight scores, the apparatus selects one of the groups as a selected group and assigns the historical control conditions of the selected group as the control conditions of the control condition set.

According to one embodiment, a manufacturing control system includes a reference data creating unit, first, second and third data storing units, first, second and third data extracting units. The reference data creating unit creates reference data including a reference time related to a product. The first data storing unit stores data related to parts acceptance inspection and related to assembly of the product. The second data storing unit stores data related to inspection in manufacturing. The third data storing unit stores data related to quality assurance inspection and of acceptance inspection at a customer site. The first data extracting unit extracts data related to latest parts acceptance inspection and related to latest assembly of the product. The second data extracting unit extracts data related to inspection in latest manufacturing. The third data extracting unit extracts data related to latest quality assurance inspection and of latest acceptance inspection.
INSPECTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, INSPECTION MANAGEMENT APPARATUSES, AND INSPECTION MANAGEMENT METHOD
An inspection management system having a plurality of processes and managing final inspection performed to inspect a completed product and one or more intermediate inspections performed to inspect an intermediate product manufactured in the processes earlier than a final process includes: an inspection content data acquisition unit that acquires inspection content data including an inspection standard for each inspection item of the product; an inspection content setting unit that sets inspection content based on the inspection content data acquired by the inspection content data acquisition unit; a simulation unit that simulates inspection in accordance with assumed inspection content; an inspection standard calculation unit that calculates an inspection standard more appropriate than a current inspection standard based on the simulation; and an output unit that outputs base information indicating that at least the inspection standard calculated by the inspection standard calculation unit is more appropriate than the current inspection standard.
INSPECTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, INSPECTION MANAGEMENT APPARATUSES, AND INSPECTION MANAGEMENT METHOD
An inspection management system that manages inspection of an inspection apparatus in a production line including a manufacturing apparatus of a product and the inspection apparatus includes: an acquisition unit configured to acquire inspection content data including an inspection standard for each component; an inspection content setting unit configured to set inspection content; a setting-related information acquisition unit configured to acquire setting-related information including at least a time at which new inspection content is set when the inspection content setting unit sets the new inspection content; a storage unit configured to retain the setting-related information in association with a history of the setting of the inspection content; a setting-related information reading unit configured to read the setting-related information retained in the storage unit; and an output unit configured to be able to output the setting-related information.
Visual Diagnostics/Analytics System and Method for Smart Manufacturing Assembly Line Performance
A visual diagnostics (VIDX) system comprises a visualization assembly, a data analytic assembly, and a data storage assembly communicatively coupled to each other via one or more buses. Other computer assembly may be integrated into or coupled to the system. Various features comprises a calendar based visualization, a timeline for multi-scale temporal exploration, a visual diagnostics graph, and multiples of histograms showing the distribution of the cycle time one each station with a quantile range selector such as a quantiles brush and/or a samples brush, of a visual diagnostics (VIDX) graph is displayed for interaction.
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD
A production management system includes a storage unit and a controller. The storage unit is configured to store a holding position at which a first work is held among holding positions of the holding unit including first and second cases respectively capable of holding a plurality of works and a work ID identifying the first work in such a manner that the holding position and the work ID of the first work are associated each other. The controller configured to change information of the holding position associated with the work ID of the first work in the storage unit from a first position to a second position if, within the first case, the first work held at the first position is held anew in the second position different from the first position.
Operator and manufacturing quality traceability
Operator and quality information can be traced during manufacturing processes. It can be determined whether an operator requesting access to the manufacturing process is authorized. If authorized, the operator can be granted access to the manufacturing process. Quality information including one or more quality checks associated with the operator can be received. It can be determined whether the one or more quality checks pass predetermined quality requirements. If the quality checks pass the predetermined quality requirements, identification information can be generated. The identification information can be used to apply a traceable output on a part associated with the manufacturing process. Traceability reports can be generated that include the operator identification and the quality information and that can be reviewed by external computing systems.
