A variety of body supports are disclosed for supporting a body portion, for example for supporting a chest in a donned configuration. In some examples, the body support includes a first support panel having one or more first tongues projecting outwardly therefrom, a second support panel having one or more second tongues projecting outwardly therefrom, a connecting section, joining the first support panel to said second support panel in longitudinal spaced relationship along an imaginary longitudinal mid-line of the body support, the first tongue and the second tongue being on opposite transverse sides of a mid-line of the body support, a first fastener and s second fastener. The body support further having a doffed configuration wherein the first support panel and the second support panel are non-contiguous with respect to one another.

An undergarment includes at least one panel of stretchable loop material. The panel of stretchable loop material is connected to a main body of the undergarment such that it can stretch around one side of wearer's waist or hip. A substantially cylindrical, or tubular, garment structure can be provided using a three-dimensional or circular knitting machine, using a mold, or using an additive manufacturing process. A unit segment of the garment structure can include two waistband regions at opposite end faces of the cylindrical garment structure, and each of the waistband regions can correspond to a different one of two nested articles. Each of the two nested articles can be converted into a separate and distinct brief-style absorbent underwear assembly. The disposable shirt and disposable crotch strip protect against lingering bacteria contamination for new customers when trying on clothes that were previously tried on by previous customers. If a customer declines to buy the garment and store personnel place it back on a shelf or rack for further fitting by other shoppers, this helps to prevent more possible contamination. The shirt and crotch strip are made with a disposable, non-woven, microbial-protective material that is also used for disposable medical gowns and garments. It can also be made with other types of antimicrobial material to provide diverse supply options at different cost ranges. The shirt is made in five varied sizes ranging from extra small, small, medium, large, and extra-large to easily fit all customer sizes. The shirt covers the upper torso, the shoulders, and the upper arms, including a person's underarm. A second strip of microbial protective material is also included, which customers can stretch from their abdomen downward, running it in between their legs and crotch area and then extending it upwards to the lower back for use when trying on undergarments, pants, or shorts. That strip includes adhesive dots on each end that stick to the disposable shirt in the front and back to hold the strip in place while trying on undergarments, pants, or shorts. Both the shirt and the protective strip are low-cost designs meant for immediate disposal after each individual use.
