The present disclosure relates to an infant headrest assembly with cloth garment and provides multiple configurations to that system. More particularly, this disclosure describes a structure that may support an infant's head and body. In one illustrative embodiment, the structure may have a cushion that may include an angular indent. The angular indent may include a top on one end and bottom on the other end with a wider gap near the top and a narrow gap near the bottom. The wider gap may provide a head support and the narrow gap may provide a neck support. A cloth garment may be coupled to the cushion near the bottom of the angular indent. The cloth garment may include a plurality of apertures and fastener for supporting or securing the body of the infant.

The knitting method of the present invention includes a thick portion knitting step of forming at least one complete thick portion texture by continuously repeating a thick portion knitting substep n times (n is an integer equal to or larger than 5) while alternating yarn feeding directions, the thick portion knitting substep including feeding a knitting yarn once to a needle row made up of n knitting needles. The thick portion knitting substep performs knit stitch formation and tuck stitch formation on at least one each of the knitting needles and performs miss stitch formation on at least n?3 or more knitting needles.

GARMENT WAISTBAND

An improved waistband for lower body garments, such as pantyhose, tights, leggings, or underwear. The waistband is knitted as a tube on a circular knitting machine with horizontal courses with respect to the length of the tube. The tube is configured into a continuous loop and seamed. The tube is perpendicularly sewn to the top of the panty portion of the garment to create the waistband such that the knit courses in the waistband align vertically with respect to the length of the garment. The vertical alignment of the courses in the waistband provide comfort and support while resisting the roll down effect that occurs in knitted waistbands having horizontally aligned courses.

The area of increased compression can be disposed on the first compartment and extend longitudinally along a medial edge of the first compartment and/or can be disposed on the at least one additional compartment and extend laterally around a circumference of the at least one additional compartment.
