A compression pad designed for the Mons pubis area to facilitate a quicker recovery of a patient who has had a tummy tuck or liposuction procedure, which results in a swelling of the Mons pubic region of the body. This compression pad is designed to fit comfortably inside a post operative garment of varying designs to include fajas to compress the skin in this area resulting in a alleviation of swollen tissue, edema, fluid and an esthetic appearance. The compression pad has an elevation of reinforcement areas to relieve the swelling by a means of compression when placed in between a post operative compression garment at the Mons pubis region of the human body. The objective of the compression is to minimize the fluid and swelling in the Mons pubis area relieving the patient of the soreness, swelling, and enlargement of the Mons pubis.

Clothing such as shorts is provided which is capable of fitting to the lower region of the hips of a person and preventing hip hemlines thereof from rising. The clothing includes a stretchable front covering portion and a stretchable back covering portion. A gusset portion disposed between an inner-crotch front portion at the lower end of the front covering portion and an inner-crotch back portion at the lower end of the back covering portion covers the crotch of the person. The present invention provides an easy settable stretch fabric comprising three types of yarns: a rigid fiber, an elastic fiber, and a low-melt fiber, wherein the low-melt fiber comprises low-melt polymer which can be fused in the temperature between 60 C. to 200 C., being higher than the temperature used for normal textile process and household laundry, but lower than the temperature used for heat setting elastic fiber. The low-melt fiber can be selected from a group of fibers made from modified polyester, nylon, and polypropylene and the copolymer from them in the form of staple or filament.

A post-partum undergarment system including a brief having a pad and a compression member with a first-wing and a second-wing. The pad is integral to the brief and disposed on an inner layer of the brief in an interspace between the leg holes. The first-wing and the second-wing are configured to wrap around an abdominal region of a woman and secure the compression member in a wrapped-condition. The compression member causes direct compression to the abdominal region of the woman when the brief is worn. The brief is absorbent and disposable for use in postpartum stages.

In one aspect, the present disclosure relates to shapewear having an opening system that allows the wearer to urinate and/or defecate with ease and without requiring removal of the shapewear. In another aspect, the present disclosure relates to shapewear having a boning system with removable bone. In yet another aspect, the present disclosure relates to shapewear having the opening system in combination with the boning system according to the present disclosure.

A bathing suit-type garment with an integrated shaping girdle configured to apply pressure on the tissues or skin of a wearer. Likewise, the girdle integrated into the bathing suit can come into contact with water whether it be pools, sea, lagoons, among non-limiting examples, without the possibility of compromising its shape, integrity, and/or compressibility, furthermore, the girdle is discreetly and integrally integrated into a design of a brief-type swimsuit/bathing suit.

The garments disclosed herein have integrated gripping technology to grip the body of the wearer over large interior surfaces. The distribution of gripping technology throughout the garment gives increased freedom of body movement and reduces bulkiness over conventional garments, while also allowing for free cut edges. Furthermore, the dispersion of the gripping technology over the majority of the garment eliminates the problem of polymer strips and beading digging into the skin. Slip garment embodiments are disclosed herein that include a lower region having an interior surface with exposed elastic threads configured to directly contact the wearer. The slip garment embodiments include a free-cut lower edge. The slip garment embodiments can be constructed using cut and sew methods.

A garment includes an exterior garment having a waist portion, a first leg portion, and a second leg portion. An inner lining is attached to the exterior garment at the waist portion, the inner lining including a first leg portion disposed within the first leg portion of the exterior garment, and a second leg portion disposed within the second leg portion of the exterior garment. The inner lining includes a shaping material.

Provided are half corsets and methods of using them. The half corsets provide improved comfort and a quicker way of fastening and unfastening them. The half corsets have a body garment with four sides, two lateral garments, a flap that connects two of the sides with each other via a couple of fastener patches, and at least two support strips. The half corsets are designed to be worn around an individual's abdomen, pelvic region, and upper thighs.

A seamless postpartum garment is disclosed that is formed from a seamless double layer circular knit tube. The garment is flexible and stretchable throughout, and made from at least two different knit structures. Use of different knit structures at strategic locations on the garment, allow for it to provide compression and comfort at strategic locations on a woman's postpartum body.
