A device for repeated intradermal injections within an organic tissue. The device comprises a support defining an internal housing for receiving a vial containing an aqueous solution, a source of pressurized air in fluid communication with the vial, a tube defining a pressurized solution path, a hollow injection needle, an injection head, a driven element with a distal end connected to the injection head, an actuator connected to the driven element, and a valve in fluid communication with the pressurized solution path for controlling a flow of the pressurized solution into the tube from the vial up to the distal end of the hollow injection needle.

The embryo transfer cannula stabilizer is a device attached to a vaginal speculum, which allows the sliding, placement, and secure fixing of a cannula to perform an embryo transfer. Adjustable targeting set for MRI guided biopsy procedure
A targeting set for use with positioning a biopsy device within a patient. The targeting set includes an obturator and an actuator. The actuator includes a housing and a lock array. The lock array extends inwardly within a hollow interior defined by the housing. The obturator is configured for insertion into the housing of the actuator such that at least a portion of the obturator engages the lock array. The lock array is configured to selectively lock the obturator in a plurality of axial positions relative to the housing.

Apparatus and method for placement of device along wall of a body lumen
An apparatus (100) includes: a expandable structure (140) formable into three dimensional shapes including a range of diameters (D) and corresponding lengths (L); a movable component (106) moveable between a range of positions (124, 126) effecting the range of diameters; and a mechanical linkage (110) disposed between the movable component and the expandable structure. The expandable structure is configured to fit inside a working channel (204) of an endoscope (202) when the expandable structure is collapsed. The mechanical linkage is configured to move the collapsed expandable structure through the working channel to a selected location (400) past a distal end (404) of the endoscope and to increase and decrease a diameter of the expandable structure in response to changes in the position of the movable component when the expandable structure is at the selected location.
Vascular access devices and methods
Vascular access devices and methods of their use are provided. In one embodiment, a vascular access device includes a catheter (112) and at least one deployable wire (134). The catheter includes a primary lumen extending from a proximal end to a distal end of the catheter. The at least one deployable wire is secured to the catheter and configured to move relative to the catheter between a delivery configuration and a deployed configuration.
Needle and introducer used in lead placement for obstructive sleep apnea treatment
A system for treating obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is described. The system may include a locking device having a size and shape selected to couple to skin along a jaw of a patient. The locking device may be configured to receive at least one of a needle or an introducer for insertion into a tongue of the patient for lead placement of a lead for OSA treatment, and lock at least a portion of the at least one of the needle or introducer in place to reduce movement of the needle or introducer within the tongue.
INSTRUMENT HOLDER
A holder for use in combination with an external object is provided, in particular a holder for which the external object moves around a remote center of motion. The external object may be a medical instrument such as a cannula or trocar whereby the remote center of motion is the patient's abdomen. The holder includes two members, generating motion in both a longitudinal and rotational manner. The holder can be used to support another object, in a particular embodiment a camera, convenient for performing endoscopic (laparoscopic) surgery and is equipped with means for generating motion, both in a longitudinal and rotational manner following XYZ coordinates. The holder is particularly useful for working in small areas as it occupies only a small bedside space, without scarifying on functional work area of the instrument mounted in the holder.
