INTRAOSSEOUS NEEDLE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
An intraosseous needle includes a cylindrical shaft. The cylindrical shaft includes a first portion comprising a plurality of threads protruding from the cylindrical shaft. The cylindrical shaft includes a second portion comprising a plurality of fenestrations, disposed between the first portion and a distal end of the cylindrical shaft, wherein the cylindrical shaft is continuous and smooth within the second portion, and where the continuous, smooth second portion is longer than the first portion. The intraosseous needle also includes a needle head extending from a proximal end of the cylindrical shaft.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR ABLATION OF THE SKIN
Disclosed herein are apparatuses, systems, kits, and methods for treating skin, such as skin tightening or for treating diseases, disorders, and conditions that would benefit from tissue area or volume reduction, skin restoration, skin tightening, skin lifting, and/or skin repositioning and/or for generally improving skin function or appearance (e.g., the removal of unwanted skin features or irregularities such as sebaceous glands, sweat glands, hair follicles, necrosis, and fibrosis). Such apparatuses, systems, kits, and methods comprise an apparatus having a handheld main body and a detachably attachable tip comprising one or more needles.
MEDICAL DEVICE, METHOD AND SYSTEM THEREOF
Embodiments of the invention are directed towards a medical device, method and system thereof for the placement or passage of patches, sutures, anchors, tags, tissue sensors and more particularly to a medical device for repairing female pelvic organ or tissue prolapsed region. The device may be used for the placement of stereotactic markers into tissue near joints or tumors for guidance during orthopedic or neurosurgical procedures.
Introducer Cannula Having a Pleural Access Liner for Use in Crossing Pleural Layers
An introducer cannula for use in crossing pleural layers includes an elongate tubular member and a pleural access liner. The elongate tubular member has a proximal end, a distal end, and a side wall that longitudinally extends between the proximal end and the distal end. The side wall has an outer surface and an inner surface, wherein the inner surface defines a lumen. The pleural access liner is made of a swellable and bioabsorbable material that swells when hydrated. The pleural access liner has a shape of an elongate tube and the pleural access liner has an elongate opening that surrounds an outer surface portion of the outer surface of the elongate tubular member.

ASSISTIVE APPARATUS FOR SINGLE PORT SURGICAL ROBOT
The present invention relates to an assistive apparatus for a single port surgical robot, including a single port housing which forms a chamber communicating with a wound retractor and is coupled to the wound retractor with airtightness maintained, and a plurality of guide tubes which are provided in the single port housing to communicate with the chamber and form passages through which a surgical tool mounted on an arm of the single port surgical robot and assistive surgical tools for assisting with single port surgery are selectively inserted, wherein the plurality of guide tubes have different heights and are provided to protrude from the single port housing.
CANNULA AND OBTURATOR SYSTEM FOR MINIMALLY INVASIVE SURGERY
A cannula for providing a pathway for surgical instruments in a minimally invasive procedure including a flexible body portion having a lumen extending from the proximal region to the distal region, a proximal opening, a distal opening and a flange extending radially outwardly from the distal region and being flexible for insertion through an incision in a body of a patient. A rigid body portion extends proximally of the flexible body portion which is more flexible than the rigid body portion. A first seal is positioned within the rigid body portion and spaced proximally of a region of the flexible body portion distal of the rigid body portion, the seal preventing egress of fluids from the body of the patient.
MICROPIGMENTATION DEVICE AND METHOD OF USE
A micropigmentation device and related method of use may be used for micropigmentation and other similar procedures. The micropigmentation device may include two needle tips, which may optionally each be part of a separate needle or may be tips on a single component, such as a single needle. In other embodiments, the device may include pairings of needle tips, such as two components with each having a plurality of needle tips or a plurality of needles grouped into two groupings of needle tips. The device may be used to simulate natural human hair follicles as they grow in pairs.
