METHOD FOR PRODUCING GARMENTS OR BANDAGES
In a method for producing garments or bandages two superimposed fabric layers are interconnected by a dot-, line-, or areal elastomer connection wherein on one of the fabric layers a three dimensional upstanding shaped part is formed by a layered application of an elastomer and is connected only to the fabric layer carrying the shaped part.
Breast support for a garment or garment part
A breast support (12a, 12b) for a garment or garment part is disclosed as including a first piece of elongate resilient material formed by a piece of substantially straight resilient material (16a, 16b) with a first planar major surface, and a second piece of elongate resilient material formed by a piece of arcuate resilient material (14a, 14b) with a second planar major surface (18), an inner arcuate edge (13a, 13b) and an outer arcuate edge (15a, 15b), the first piece of elongate resilient material (16a, 16b) being fixedly engaged and in contact with the second piece of elongate resilient material (14a, 14b) along the whole length of the first piece of elongate resilient material (16a, 16b).
Formed Brassiere and Associated Method of Manufacture
A formed brassiere and associated method of manufacture is presented that obviates the need of any underwire. A graticulate support member is producible by additive printing customized to the anatomy of a particular user. The graticulate support member is positional between each of a first cup cover and a second cup cover and thence domically formed at temperature to fuse each of the first and second cup covers into a cup shaped appropriate for a particular user. The graticulate support member includes a thickness gradient devised to maintain rigidity of the formed cup from a maximum thickness medially centered at a first edge of the graticulate support member towards a minimum thickness realized at the extremity of a second edge. Support is thereby provided throughout a considerably larger area of the cup relative such provided by use of an underwire only, whereby use of an underwire is entirely obviated.
FLAT-KNIT SUPPORT GARMENT FOR UPPER TORSO
Aspects of a flat-knit support garment for an upper torso are provided. The flat-knit support garment may include a bra structure having a flat-knit bra material that includes a cup zone, a body zone, a wing zone, a strap zone, and a chestband zone. In some instances, a perimeter of the flat-knit bra comprising a neck opening and armhole openings includes a finished edge treatment corresponding to a high stretch modulus, covered yarn. Such finished edges are generated in seamless construction with the unitary, flat-knit structure of the flat-knit support garment for an upper torso. The flat-knit characteristics of the support garment for an upper torso may correspond to one or more of a flat-knit stitch sequence, a yarn type, and/or a finishing treatment.
Garment and method of manufacturing same
A brassiere (100, 102, 200) is disclosed as including a first layer (104, 204), a second layer (106, 206), and a third layer located between the first layer and the second layer. The third layer includes a piece of across-sling fabric (118, 218) and two pieces of side-sling fabric (116, 216) which collectively form a general H-shape. The piece of across-sling fabric extending across and compresses a pair of breasts of a wearer of the brassiere towards a body of the wearer, and the two pieces of side-sling fabric support the pair of breasts of the wearer each from an outer side of the respective breast.
Method of forming an underwire channel of a bra
A method of forming an underwire channel of a bra cup contains the steps of: A. providing a first cup layer, a second cup layer, and a channel forming rib; B. stacking a first thermoformed layer of the first cup layer and a second thermoformed layer of the second cup layer together; C. providing a forming mold which includes a first part and a second part each having a cavity; D. heating the forming mold with the first cup layer, the second cup layer, and the channel forming rib stacked together in the cavity; E. opening the forming mold to form a cup portion and a semifinished part of an arcuate underwire channel; F. removing the channel forming rib out of the underwire channel by pulling the extension; G. trimming the semifinished part to form a finished cup; and H. finishing a bra cup.
Bra
A bra comprising a front portion and two side portions. The front portion comprises bra cups. Each side portion extends from a respective side of the front portion and the side portions are adapted to encircle a torso of a wearer of the bra. The front portion and the side portions comprise an outer layer and a frame layer beneath the outer layer. The frame layer comprises: an outer frame layer, and an inner frame layer disposed inward from the outer frame layer with respect to the torso of the wearer of the bra. The inner frame layer comprises a plurality of panels. The panels alternate between primary panels primarily stretchable in a first direction and secondary panels primarily stretchable in a second direction.
Undergarment Receiving a Thin Intermediate Bonding Layer Between Two Textiles Prior To Thermoforming
A process for manufacturing an undergarment having two superimposed textiles, comprising depositing on certain parts of reinforcements (8) comprising a thick layer of a shaped memory foam elastic material, the polymerization of this material and also the shaping of the textiles of the undergarment by thermoforming, characterized in that it comprises a step of depositing, on the entire surface of at least the textiles, a thin layer of an elastic adhesive-bonding material, and then a step of polymerizing this thin layer of adhesive bonding during the thermoforming for shaping, and in that it comprises a step of prior depositing, on the textile receiving the layer of reinforcement (8), of a barrier layer of an elastic material, which is polymerized before the depositing of this reinforcement.
BRASSIERE
A brassiere includes an inner surface cloth layer knitted with superfine fiber yarn and stretch fiber yarn; an outer surface cloth layer including a first knitting area and a second knitting area, wherein the first knitting area is knitted with thermo-fusible yarn and stretch fiber yarn, and the second knitting area is knitted with superfine fiber yarn and stretch fiber yarn; and an intermediate cloth layer constituted by a number of wavy polyester fiber yarn and located between the inner surface cloth layer the outer surface cloth layer. The first knitting area of the brassiere has the effect of better supporting with the knitting of the thermo-fusible yarn and the stretch fiber yarn, and the second knitting area has the effect of being softer and more comfortable with the knitting of the superfine fiber yarn and the stretch fiber yarn.
GARMENT
The present invention relates to a garment for sleeping for the correction of sagging breasts and wrinkles, whose purpose is to provide rest for the breasts, as well as preventing and correcting breast sagging by restraint, preventing the skin from distending and losing consistency and elasticity. It is also the object of the invention to prevent and correct the appearance of wrinkles and memory lines in the whole area of the neckline and chest. The garment is intended for use in periods of sleeping, rest and repose, where the wearer has privacy and preferably within the confines of their home
