Modular Bra And System For Selecting And Fitting Modular Bra
The present disclosure provides a modular bra that may allow for full customization of all straps, cup sizes, snapping system and different sizing all together. The modular bra may also have an app that allows for the user to understand the full capability of the bra and aid the user in both proper measurement and choosing style based upon outfits and measurements. There may also exist a fitness portion in the app to track physical activity as well regular mammogram tests. The modular bra may also have an inflation system throughout; to maximize customization for different size breasts and different styles of outfits. Each modular bra may have infinite customization options for each individual user based upon style, measurements, preference, and comfortability.
Multi-Way Sizing Bra
An undergarment, as in a multi-way sizing bra, whereas present invention is able to change its back size, cup size, strap lengths and secureness of fit all while transforming to a convertible bra for breastfeeding for nursing mothers. An undergarment, and particularly a bra, that can further facilitate the stages of bra-wearing and nursing for individuals within one garment. Present invention eliminates the costs required to purchase different sized bras in response to changes in bra size during different stages of life [as in puberty, pregnancy, weight gain or loss and beyond] by providing a plurality of sizing options in one garment. Present invention is a functional bra which can offer necessary support for nursing, large, average or small breasts; as well as accommodating different sized breasts on an individual. Present invention can withstand the wear, tear and sizing changes because of interchangeable components, adjustable and convertible features of components. The present invention comprises fully detachable components to provide the user with different types and sizes of options when needed. Purpose of present invention is to provide a high quality, well-fitting, convertible and interchangeable bra capable of adapting to a single user's changed size practicably and inexpensively. Preferred embodiment of present invention provides base components able to interchange cups, bands and straps allowing replacement of components of the bra for temporary changes instead of having to purchase an entire bra which can be ill-fitting or expensive or both depending on the price or quality just or short-term use.
Brassieres
Brassiers and bikini tops have generally vertical straps such as shoulder straps and neck straps which extend over the wearer's shoulder or clavicle and below the upper edge of a breast cup as a single strap with a lower front portion branching to a multi-strap configuration. Other brassieres use a single horizontal strap which passes through lower portions of breast cups and is securable on the side of the wearer or in front of the wearer.
Articles incorporating a coupled slider system
Aspects herein relate to a garment or article system having an internal layer and an external layer, the external layer has an inner surface facing the internal layer and an outer surface facing an external environment. Specifically, the garment or article system comprises a first slider mechanism affixed to the internal layer and a second slider mechanism affixed to the external layer. The first slider mechanism affixed to the internal layer is coupled to the second slider mechanism affixed to the external layer so that a pull or a directional force applied to the second slider mechanism is transferred to the first slider mechanism to reversibly transition the first slider mechanism from an open state in a first direction to a closed state in a second direction, and while maintaining the second slider mechanism in a closed state regardless of the direction of the directional force applied.
Post-surgical support brassiere
An article of clothing, such as a post-surgical support brassiere, may include a cup, a band configured to secure the cup to the body of a wearer of the article of clothing, and a rigid arcuate element having a lateral end and a central end and coupled to the cup so as to support the cup. The rigid arcuate element may be disposed under the cup so as to be adjustable relative to the cup, wherein the lateral end of the rigid arcuate element is adjustable so as to alter the tension applied to the body by the central end.
FASTENER CLAMP FOR ATTACHMENT TO TEXTILES
This application is related to a clamp that can provide, for an associated fastener (e.g., hook and receiver or other male/female style fastener), a robust connection to a textile (e.g., a strap or other textile portion that is releasably attachable to another textile portion). For example, the fastener can include a first connector (e.g., hook) for releasably mating with a corresponding second connector (e.g., receiver). In addition, the first connector can include a clamp for providing a fixed connection to a first textile, and the second connector can include a clamp for providing a fixed connection to another textile (e.g., the first and second textiles to be releasably connected to each other via the fastener). In at least some examples, the clamp can include a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate. In addition, a portion of the textile can be secured in a clamping groove between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate. For instance, the clamping plates can be bonded and/or stitched to the textile portion.
APPAREL FASTENER
This disclosure relates to a fastener that can be used with various apparel and that can be easier to operate and can be less likely to create discomfort to a wearer. In at least some examples, the fastener includes a hook, which can be connected to a first portion of the article, and a receiver, which can be connected to a second portion of the article. The hook can be releasably connected to the receiver to selectively secure the first portion of the article to the second portion of the article. The receiver can include various elements, and in one example, the receiver includes a slot that can receive, at various angles and orientations, a bend of the hook. In addition, receiver can include a cross bar (e.g., anchor bar) that mates with the bend of the hook to retain the hook in a secure position.
ADJUSTABLE BREAST SUPPORT GARMENT
This invention relates to an adjustable breast support garment that can adjust the size and the amount of breast support to preferred fit and sensation (more supported or less) from a single point using a single tensioning system that is easy reachable by the wearer. The adjustable breast support garment of the invention is configured to adjust the tension over the shoulders, around the chest, and in some implementations around the under-arm openings and neckline from a single point using a system of channels integrated into the garment. Elastic straps, webbings, shock cords or any combination thereof can be inserted and run through the system of channels in order to provide a tension change when pulled from a single point.
BRASSIERE WITH ANCHORED UNDER SUPPORTS
A brassiere formed of an inner garment base, memory foam, a pair of under supports, and an outer fabric cover. The under support is rigid and has varying width and differing radii to accommodate the bottom portion shape of a natural breast or a breast implant, which is not a perfect semi-circle. The under support is positioned such that the foam encapsulates the under support keeping the proximal edge in proximity with bottom portion of the breast tissues or implant and the ribs. The under support has its largest width, thereby the largest contact surface with the implant or breast tissues, closest to the lateral end causing the breast tissues or implant to be supported upward and medially. The under support has openings or anchors extending thereform with openings to allow the foam to surround and go through the under support to secure it in place in the brassiere.
Strap configuration for a support garment
Aspects herein are directed to a support garment having a single strap adjustment mechanism. A first end of the strap is adjustably secured to an upper margin of a first breast contacting surface, and a second end of the strap is adjustably secured to an upper margin of a second breast contacting surface. An intervening portion of the strap is configured such that as the strap extends from its first end, it crosses diagonally downward to a first aperture located on a wing portion of the support garment through which it passes. It then crosses horizontally to pass through a second aperture located on another wing portion of the support garment. It then crosses diagonally upward where it terminates at its second end.
