Package for an object and an assembly including such a package
A package for an object such as a preferably-sterile medical component, includes: a support element provided with elements for coupling the object; a stopper that can be coupled to the support element in such a manner as to define a first chamber for containing the object, and such that a grip portion of the support element projects from the stopper; and a cover that can be coupled to the stopper in such a manner as to define a second chamber inside which the grip portion of the support element extends, and such that a portion of the stopper coupled to the support element projects from the cover.
STRIP PACKAGE FOR ANTISEPTIC CAP
A syringe assembly includes (1) a syringe barrel defining a chamber; (2) a plunger mounted in the chamber and moveable with respect to the barrel; and (3) a cap assembly containing a cap and an absorbent material is removably attached to the plunger. A strip package includes at least two cap assemblies. Each of the cap assemblies includes a cap holder and an antiseptic cap positioned in the cap holder. The antiseptic cap includes a sidewall defining a chamber and an antiseptic substance within the chamber. A strip extends over at least two cap assemblies. The strip includes a first seal engaged to the cap holder and a second seal engaged to the antiseptic cap.
Protective container for sterilized medical implants
A protective container for a sterilized medical implant includes a base including a hollow body having a closed end and an opened end. The base including a thread. A cap is secured about the opened end of the hollow body. The cap includes a thread that cooperates with the thread provided on the base such that relative rotation of the base and the cap causes relative axial movement of the base and the cap. A sealing member is compressed between the base and the cap to provide a seal therebetween as a result of relative axial movement of the base and the cap.

Use of Sterile Sleeve in Production of Surgical Slush
Production of sterile therapeutic medium such as sterile surgical slush for use in surgery. A sterile slush container with a sterile sleeve assembly so that the outside of the sterile slush container remains sterile after placement in a non-sterile slush making machine so that the sterile slush container may be returned to the sterile field after removal of the sterile slush container from the sleeve assembly.

Pharmaceutical Waste Disposal Assembly
An assembly for receiving pharmaceutical waste into a waste receiver includes a receiver body coupled to a receiver cap. The assembly also includes a receiver housing defining an interior divided into a receiver compartment configured to receive the receiver body and a cap compartment configured to receive the receiver cap, with the cap compartment dimensioned so as to receive the receiver cap in a single orientation. The assembly also includes a receiver lid coupled to the receiver housing. The receiver lid covers the cap compartment and defines a waste aperture through which the pharmaceutical waste is configured to be directed into the waste receiver.
Package for medical devices
A package assembly for carrying medical devices is disclosed. The package assembly includes an outer cartridge and an inner cartridge. The inner cartridge receives the outer cartridge of the package assembly. The inner cartridge extends beyond the outer cartridge. A medical device is disposed in the inner cartridge to engage the inner cartridge.
Waste receiver for receiving a pharmaceutical waste material
A waste disposal system with a waste receiver for receiving pharmaceutical waste material. A locking assembly is secured to a fixed surface and actuated from a locked configuration to an unlocked configuration. A lock cylinder of the locking assembly may extend forward of a front wall of a receiver body of the waste receiver to engage a locking feature of the cover in the locked configuration. A cover retention feature may prevent axial decoupling of the cover from the receiver body. The receiver body may be formed from two shells. A reaction agent is positioned within the container volume and spaced apart from a bottom wall of the receiver body. The reaction agent may be positioned within the container volume between the lock passageway and/or a solid receiver volume, and opposing sidewalls of the receiver body. A support may maintain the position of the reaction agent within the container volume.
