A filter cassette which is part of a filter system can be fastened to a sterile container lid. The sterile container lid serves to close a sterile container and to make a gas exchange possible between the container exterior and the container interior, without recontaminating the container material. In addition, the filter system fulfils a valve function. In order to center the filter cassette with respect to the sterile container lid, a first centering portion is provided on the filter cassette. The first centering portion interacts with a second centering portion on the sterile container wall section when the filter cassette is inserted into the sterile container lid.

A second hollow protective element is provided as a cover. The cover is coupled to the stopper so as to cooperate with the stopper to define a second chamber inside which the grip portion of the support element extends. The cover is coupled to the stopper, with the grip portion of the stopper projecting from the cover. The means for coupling is configured to hold the object suspended through the means for coupling, so that the object extends into the space left free between the means for coupling and a bottom portion of the support element. The bottom portion is coupled to the stopper so that the length of the object remain visible.

The gasket seals a lid to a seal rim of a container base of the sterilization packaging system. Such features include a sealing assembly including a gasket and a sheet of filter material. The sealing assembly seals a lid to a seal rim of a base. The gasket has an upper surface, outer edge, and inner edge. The upper surface of the gasket comprises a first row of alternating protrusions and indentations and a second row of alternating protrusions and indentations that define a channel therebetween. The sheet of filter material extends from an inner edge of the gasket. The gasket completely surrounds the sheet of filter material, wherein the indentations and channel facilitate delivery of a sterilization agent through the filter material. A sterilization assembly including a lid having a plurality of protrusions in its upper surface in conjunction with a gasket having a smooth upper surface is also provided.

The device is inserted or ratcheted upon the drain or tubing such that the tabs set into valleys of the tube for a secure connection such that when the stake is inserted into the ground the tubing is also secure.
