The present disclosure describes an easy-to-drape garment comprising a wrap-around component with an adjustable waistband; a series of pre-stitched pleats; and a free-flowing component for draping, and methods of making same.

The waistband comprises a second material and wherein a shrinkage of a material substrate of the bandroll substantially matches a shrinkage of the second material.
