Multi-function garment
A multi-function garment has an inner face and an outer face. The garment may be worn as a cape via shoulder straps in the form of first and second straps attached to a first face of the garment. Unattached portions of the first and second straps are usable as the shoulder straps when attached to complementary fasteners on the respective face. In embodiments, the garment is reversible by threading the unattached portions of the straps through slits in the garment so that they can extend over either the first or the second face as desired. The garment is usable as a blanket when not being worn as a cape; e.g. by disconnecting the unattached portions of the first and second straps from the complementary fasteners.

Conductive fabric, method of manufacturing a conductive fabric and apparatus therefor
A woven fabric formed of a first set of yarns extending in a first direction, woven together with a second set of yarns extending in a second direction. The first set includes first conductors, while the second set includes second conductors. The first and second conductors cross over one another at crossing points. At each crossing point, a non-conductive element is disposed directly between the first and second conductors so as to provide a physical barrier between the first and second conductors. At some crossing points, a physical electrical connection is provided between crossing conductors in order to provide a permanent connection between the conductors. Non-conductive tie yarns are provided to fix the conductors in position. The structure provides a robust yarn with minimized risk of short circuiting between crossing conductors which are intended to be kept separate.

LAYERED THUMBHOLE STRUCTURE
A sleeve cuff is provided for a sleeve comprising an anterior patch affixed to the sleeve and covering at least a portion of a cutout in the sleeve, a distal strap affixed to the sleeve and spanning over at least a portion of a cutout in the sleeve, and the distal strap overlapping at least a portion of the anterior patch to form an aperture for receiving a thumb therethrough. The sleeve cuff has a plurality of configurations, including at least a closed configuration where the aperture is closed and minimizes the wearer's exposure to wind and air elements therethrough, and an opened configuration where the aperture is opened and minimizes the air penetration around the received thumb.
MULTI-PURPOSE CLOAK SYSTEM
Wearable shell or multi-purpose cloak systems are provided herein. The wearable shell system includes a first flexible panel that includes contours that define an interior volume that is conformable to an upper body portion of a user. A second flexible panel is removably coupled to the inner surface of the first flexible panel along a first coupled seam. The first side edge of the second flexible panel, the second side edge of the second flexible panel, and the second end portion of the second flexible panel are releasably coupled together defining a second interior volume configured to enclose a lower portion of the user's body when the first end portion of the second flexible panel is coupled to the inner surface of the first flexible panel.

Winged cape for children's play
A winged cape for wearing by a person includes a flexible inner web and a flexible outer web, each fixed together with a threaded stitch at a common outline. Each web has a top edge and at least one side edge. Four arm slots are formed through the inner web to define a pair of sleeves that are generally orthogonal to a longitudinal axis of each web. Preferably two or more opposing elastic finger rings are each fixed with the at least one side edge of the inner web on opposing sides of the longitudinal axis of the inner web and proximate to a longitudinal axis of the sleeves. With each arm of the person positioned through one of the sleeves and a finger of each hand of the person inserted through one of the finger rings, the webs form a winged cape worn by the person.
