Fixation Base and Guides for Dental Prosthesis Installation
Apparatus and method for installing a multi-tooth dental prosthesis in one session are shown and described. A first tool attaches to the jawbone, and serves as a foundation for subsequently used guides. Existing teeth and dental fixtures are removed, and the bone tissue is removed to accommodate the prosthesis. Subsequently, a drill guide is used to drill implant holes. An abutment guide is then used to place abutments. Copings are then installed. Next, the prosthesis may be installed and cemented to the copings. A resinous filler material may be applied to fill gaps and holes in and between the copings and the prosthesis, and is sanded smooth.
DENTURE ATTACHMENT
The present invention relates generally to a denture attachment. More particularly, the present invention relates to a denture attachment, wherein a user can detachably fasten a first fastening part coupled to a denture to a second fastening part placed on top of a natural tooth's root or implant fixture by a simple operation, and furthermore, even when occlusal force is continuously applied to the denture, the applied force can be buffered by an elastic rib structure of the attachment itself. Consequently, it is possible to extend not only lifespan of the attachment, but also lifespan of the implant fixture or natural tooth's root, and to provide superior performance with a significantly smaller volume than existing attachments, while providing excellent durability.
Adaptor for adjustably mounting a structure onto a biological base
A medical adaptor generally featuring an adaptor body extending from a fitment end towards a perch. The adaptor further includes a fitment extending away from the fitment end, and a mortar extending away and integral with the fitment, to terminate at the perch. The adaptor also features a shrinkable collet including a collet face and a collet hole extended from a collet hole towards a collet tail. A collet bolt is threaded into the collet hole such that collet is avoided from getting shrunk and is locked at a desired angular position.
Abutment for dental implants, particularly for dental interventions in assisted surgery
The invention relates to an abutment (100), in particular for dental interventions in assisted surgery, comprising: —a first element (1), comprising a lower cylindrical element (2) and a semi-spherical element (3) integral above with said cylindrical element (2), divided into a plurality of segments, held together by an outer element (4), in the transition zone between said lower cylindrical element (2) and said semi-spherical element (3) there being provided, internally, a shoulder (7), said semi-spherical element comprising a thread (5), ending at said shoulder (7), in which a centrally perforated screw (6) is coupled, a plurality of steps or protrusions (8) being provided on said lower cylindrical element (2); —a second element (10), comprising a first upper cylindrical element (11), which inserts inside said cylindrical element (2) of said first element (1) and equipped externally with a plurality of steps or protrusions (12), which are able to move vertically with respect to staid plurality of steps or protrusions (8) provided on said cylindrical element (2), and a lower semi-spherical element (13); and —a third semi-spherical element (16), divided into a plurality of segments, and ending with coupling means (14) with a dental implant (15).
Abutment for Implant Connector
A dental abutment, is disclosed, comprising first and second units, the first unit is removably connectible to an unclaimed in vivo dental implant by a connective element pivotable with respect to both units. Said first unit having a distal end contoured in match with an end contour of the dental implant, and a proximal end contoured in match with a distal end contour of the second unit, said proximal end comprises a supportive surface adapted to lie in contact with a contact surface located on the distal end of the second unit. The supportive surface and the contact surface may be planner (uncurved) surfaces, and the connective means between the units may be other than and unattached to the connective element which connects the first unit to an intended implant. A tolerated connective assembly bar may be secured to the disclosed abutment, for retaining a dental milled by a plurality of the disclosed dental abutment.
BENDABLE CASTABLE ABUTMENT FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF A DENTAL PROSTHESIS FRAMEWORK
A castable abutment that includes a fixing base provided with a through hole intended for placing a fixing screw of the castable abutment to the dental implant or to the dental implant analogue; a hollow tubular wall made of castable material and connected to the fixing base, including a hollow tubular joint made up of a succession of first and second asymmetrical frustoconical rings joined in succession forming an accordion section, made of a material and thickness selected to be elastically deformable, the geometry of which enables the tubular joint to be held in an inclined position.
DENTAL IMPLANT
A dental implant includes an anchorage body, which has a stem provided with a thread engageable in a mandibular or maxillary site, an abutment to which a dental crown is connectable, wherein the anchorage body and the abutment are operatively connected to each other by means of a spherical connection.
Convex Interface for Dental Prosthetic Applications
An interface for a dental system enables precise clinical placement of the implant or the root post while allowing axial adjustment of the abutment interface for an optimal prosthetic interface requirement.
MULTI-PART IMPLANT
The present invention relates to an implant system for implantation into a zygomatic bone. The implant system forms a dental substructure and comprises an apical system end and a coronal system end. The coronal system end includes a coronal superstructure interface along a superstructure interface axis for supporting a dental superstructure, wherein the implant system has a length in a range of 30 mm to 60 mm and includes at least two components. The invention further relates to a zygoma implant extension to be connected to an implant for implantation into a zygomatic bone, a handling tool and to a method for implanting a zygoma implant of a zygoma implant system as well as to a method for a partial implant system revision
