Dental component (1) for the individual prosthetic reconstruction of a tooth, intended to be received on a dental implant, comprising: a first element (3) with an angled through-passage (4), a second element (7) intended to be received against or in a dental implant (2),

Means of assembly (9, 13a-13c) between the first (3) and second (7) elements make it possible effectively to limit the removal of material to be performed in the first element (3) in order to create the angled through-passage (4).

Dental connection assembly and method for producing a dental prosthesis

The present invention relates to a connection assembly for attaching a dental component to a dental implant, a dental component for the connection assembly and a method to use the connection assembly. The connection assembly (100; 1100; 2100; 3100) is removably attachable to the dental implant (10; 1010; 2010; 3010), preferably with the dental component (20; 1020; 2020; 3020) attached to the connection assembly, and a dental component is attachable to the connection assembly in a pre-fastened state or a fastened state. The pre-fastened state, when the connection assembly is attached to the dental implant, the connection assembly allows for adjustment of a relative position and/or orientation between the dental component and the dental implant. In the fastened state, the relative position and/or orientation between the dental component and the connection assembly is fixed, while the connection assembly is in particular detachable from the dental implant with the dental component attached to the connection assembly in the fastened state.

The invention relates to a scan abutment (2), in particular an integrally manufactured scan abutment, for determination of the position of the front face (1.1) of a dental endosseous implant (1), wherein the abutment (2) has a longish, hollow shaft (4), and the shaft has an upper region (4.1), a central region (4.2) and a lower region (4.3). Moreover, the shaft (4) of the scan abutment with its central region (4.2) is attachable onto the front face (1.1) of the implant (1), and its lower region (4.3) is insertable into the connection geometry of the implant. The longish, hollow shaft (4) has a side wall (10). The shaft of the scan abutment has at least two to terminally extending slits (5) in its central region (4.2) and lower region (4.3) in the side wall (10). Two, three or four slits are preferred. Preferably, the slits (5) end in one recess (6) each, such as a circular recess, in the side wall (10) at their upper end and extend terminally in the side wall (10) to the bottom side of the shaft (4). Another subject matter of the invention is a kit comprising a scan abutment as well as the screw adjusted to the scan abutment or the bolt adjusted to the scan abutment.

Intermediate attachment part

A dental abutment comprising a cylindrical abutment body and a tubular reconstruction element support; the abutment body is couplable to a dental implant and comprises a flat support end, the reconstruction element support has a proximal anchoring head portion configured with at least one slot, and a distal seat end bearing flush against the flat support end of the abutment body, said reconstruction element support is further configured with an axially extending through-going head bore, whereby the reconstruction element support is coupled to the abutment body by a manipulating fastener extending through the bore, and wherein axial fastening the fastener entails radial expansion of the anchoring head.

Arrangement comprising an abutment post and an appurtenant cap, as well as a tool for application of the cap

An arrangement for mounting to a dental implant and a tool for use therewith. The arrangement includes an abutment post connected to a conical cap. The abutment post has a conical section with a conical outer surface configured to be complementary to a conical inner surface of a conical recess of the conical cap in such a manner that the conical cap can be placed on the conical section so as to at least partially receive the conical section in its conical recess. The inner surface of the conical cap and the outer surface of the abutment post are inclined relative to one another in such a manner that the conical cap can be connected to the abutment post by friction locking between the inner surface and the outer surface. The conicity of the conical section differs from the conicity of the conical recess.
