DENTAL IMPLANT AND DENTAL RESTORATION SYSTEM COMPRISING SUCH A DENTAL IMPLANT
The present invention is related to a dental implant comprising at least a lower part and at least an upper part; wherein said lower part of the dental im-plant, which is adapted to be connected to the jawbone of a patient, is made of an at least first material; wherein said upper part of the dental implant, which is adapted to be connected to the lower part of the dental implant, is made of an at least second material; and wherein the upper surface of the upper part of the dental implant is adapted to be aligned with the upper surface of the jawbone of a patient; wherein said at least first material is different from said at least second material; wherein the at least second material of the upper part of the implant is made of a ceramic material, and wherein said ceramic material comprises zirco-nium dioxide comprising at least one coloring additive. The present invention is further related to a dental restoration system com-prising at least such an inventive dental implant and at least an abutment, wherein the abutment is adapted to be connected to the dental implant, and wherein the abutment is made of at least a third material; wherein the abutment is made of a ceramic material, and wherein said ceramic material comprises zirconium dioxide comprising at least one coloring additive.
Highly self-tapping dental implant system with hybrid connection and parallel double cone locking between prosthetic abutment, implant and infernal screw
Highly self-tapping dental implant system with hybrid cone type connection and interlocking rails, which allows high insertion (or removal) torque and double parallel cone locking between the implant, prosthetic abutment and internal screw, even in its 3.0 mm diameter embodiment, and gives the whole system high primary and secondary stability, optimal watertightness thanks to the double cone sealing, as well as predictable long-term fixation of the dental prosthesis on the implant.
OSSEOINTEGRABLE IMPLANTS AND SCREWS COMPRISING STRUCTURALLY POROUS SURFACE, PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE IMPLANTS AND SCREWS AND USES THEREOF
The present invention relates to implantable medical devices (dental and orthopedic) (osseointegrable implants) textured by the additive manufacturing process. Such implants are prepared in such a way as to comprise a larger surface area of contact between implant/adjacent tissues, porous microstructure with complex geometry with controlled and diversified pore size, which confers several technical advantages. In addition, the present invention relates to the process of preparing said implants and/or screws with an optimized structure for accelerating osseointegration. Finally, the present invention refers to the use of said implants as carriers of drugs or cells in order to treat the site, promote its healing, tissue regeneration or promote cell growth.
Base member for orthodontic implant device
A base member for an orthodontic implant device. The base member makes it possible to easily and reliably attach a correction implement. The base member is secured by a plurality of screws that are embedded in a bone inside an oral cavity. Each of the plurality of screws has a screw part that is embedded in the bone and a polygonal-columnar head part that is exposed inside the oral cavity. The base member has at least three engagement holes that are provided so as to be capable of engaging the polygonal-columnar head parts and such that the centers thereof are not on the same straight line.
SURGICAL TOOL SET FOR IMPLANT
Disclosed herein a surgical tool set for implant having an implantation driver for implanting a fixture. The implantation driver comprising: a first supporting portion disposed radially in an engagement portion that transmits implantation torque to the fixture; and at least one second supporting portion that is disposed radially in the engagement portion so as to be spacedly apart from the first supporting portion and is arranged asymmetrically with respect to a center point located on a central axis of the implantation driver. The second supporting portion has a larger size than the first supporting portion along at least one of an outer circumference direction and a radial direction of the engagement portion.
Device, System and Method for Prosthodontic Restoration
A dental implant device in the form of an interface member for forming an individually customized dental implant abutment mounted on a connection platform of a dental implant anchor adapted to be implanted, the interface member is a hollow tubular member featuring an internal lumen defined between a non-customizable distal portion and a customizable proximal portion.
Dental implant assembly having sealing features at component interfaces
A dental implant assembly is disclosed. The dental implant assembly includes an implant having a bore within a coronal end, an abutment configured to couple to the implant to the coronal end, a screw configured to secure the abutment to the implant, and a gasket configured to seal an interface between the implant and the abutment.
Dental implant
A dental implant includes a fixture implanted into an alveolar bone, an abutment fixed to an upper part of the fixture and having a core hole formed in a center of an upper surface of the abutment, a crown bonded to an upper outer side of the abutment and having a passage vertically formed through a center of the crown, and a cover screw having a screw screw-fastened to the core hole and a head in close contact between an upper surface of the abutment and a lower surface of the crow to cover the core hole, in which, when the screw is released by a tool passing through the passage, the head moves up so that the cover screw provides a separating force to the crown. The dental implant may facilitate a separation of the crown and prevent binding force from weakening, thereby enabling an efficient procedure and management.
Arrangement with a tool and with a fastening means, and method for fastening a fastening means
An arrangement with a tool and with a fastening means having a longitudinal direction is provided. The tool is designed to screw the fastening means into a body in the longitudinal direction; the tool has a blade with a first holding element and a second holding element; the fastening means has a first holding section with a complementary first holding element and a second holding section with a complementary second holding element. In the first holding section, the first holding element and the complementary first holding element interact in such a way that a translatory movement of the blade in the longitudinal direction is blocked. In the second holding section, the second holding element and the complementary second holding element interact in such a way that a rotary movement of the blade can be transferred to the fastening means and the fastening means can be screwed into the body.
Combined assembly for dental prosthesis
A combined assembly for dental prosthesis is provided, wherein the combined assembly includes a first joint member and a second joint member. The first joint member has a first body and a plurality of elastic hooks, and the elastic hooks are annularly arranged to connect one end of the first body, wherein a slot is disposed between the adjacent elastic hooks, and each of the hook has a top portion protruding outward. The second joint member has a second body, and the second body is provided with a joint hole, a side wall surface of which is provided with a ring groove, wherein the elastic hooks extend into the joint holes, and the top portions of the elastic hooks engage into the ring groove.
