A dental implant includes an insert element of a titanium-based material inserted and soldered into a blind hole in an anchoring element of a ceramic. The insert element has spacer members to center it in the blind hole, with a uniform circumferential gap space relative to the anchoring element. A portion of the insert element protrudes outwardly beyond an end face of the anchoring element. The blind hole is partly filled with a glass solder, and the insert element is inserted into the blind hole, whereby some of the glass solder is displaced out of the gap space onto the end face of the anchoring element and the protruding portion of the insert element. A thermal soldering process secures the insert element into the anchoring element. The protruding portion of the insert element and remaining excess solder are removed to form a planar surface.

Dental prosthetic screw, tightening tool and coupling system firstly refers to a screw for retaining and fixing a dental element in a dental implant, said dental element being able to be any component that preferably aims to support a dental structure or dental prosthesis, preferably machined or laser sintered or laser sintered and re-machined or machined by CAD/CAM, and even the structure itself or dental prosthesis. Therefore, different components are used in the manufacture of prostheses on dental implants in human implantology, requiring said components to be retained and fixed to the dental implant by means of screws on the implant. Moreover, the invention relates to a screwdriver or tightening tool compatible with said dental screw and a tightening or coupling system formed by the two.

SMART DENTAL IMPLANT SYSTEM FOR AMBULATORY DENTAL CARE

Smart dental implant systems and methods for ambulatory dental care are provided. In some embodiments, the disclosed subject matter includes a crown, adapted to mimic a patient's anatomy and location of the smart dental implant system. The crown can include piezoelectric nanoparticles, disposed on a surface of the crown and adapted to generate electricity from a patient's oral motion. In some embodiments, the disclosed subject matter includes an abutment, coupled to the crown. The abutment can include an energy harvesting circuit, operationally coupled to the piezoelectric nanoparticles and adapted to harvest the electricity, and a micro LED array, operationally coupled to the energy harvesting circuit and adapted to photobiomodulate surrounding peri-implant soft tissue.

ARTIFICIAL TOOTH AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

An artificial tooth includes a prosthesis and an abutment including an insertion part inserted into the prosthesis in one direction and a protruding part protruding from the prosthesis, wherein the insertion part is slantingly formed so that the diameter of the outer peripheral surface of the insertion part increases in the one direction, and the protruding part is slantingly formed so that the diameter of the outer peripheral surface of the protruding part decreases in the one direction, and when the prosthesis is a workpiece structure, one end portion of the protruding part is coupled to an artificial tooth processing device.

Enossal Single Tooth Implant

A single tooth implant for a fixed dental prosthesis includes a substantially cylindrical main part which can be inserted into a bore in a jaw bone; an abutment which can be inserted into an annular recess in the main part, the abutment having a bore for receiving a retaining screw and a securing head for the dental prosthesis; and a retaining screw which can be inserted into the blind hole of the main part and traverses the abutment; and at least one annular gap between the abutment and the main part, in which gap a damping element is arranged.

Double-cushioned dental implant

An dental implant has a substantially cylindrical solid base member; an abutment; an implant-abutment junction (IAJ) portion at one end of the base member to retain the abutment to the base member, so that the abutment is able to move within a predetermined distance alone an axial direction of the base member, a first cushion adapted to be mounted between the abutment and the base member, and a second cushion, preferably an elastomer, which is sandwiched between the IAJ portion and the abutment, wherein the first and second cushion are able to provide a resistance force when the abutment is pressed to move relatively toward the base member and providing a bouncing back force when the abutment is released from the pressing.

SCREW-ATTACHED PICK-UP DENTAL COPING SYSTEM, METHODS AND ACCESSORIES
20230200950 · 2023-06-29 ·

A temporary alignment system, methods, and accessories for holding a dental coping to an implant abutment using a separable fastener using the same threads in the implant abutment used for definitive attachment are disclosed. The disclosed temporary fasteners initially orient and hold a coping against an implant abutment with a force along the same axis as the semi-definitive screw.
