MODULAR DENTAL IMPLANT
An abutment (3) for a modular dental implant (1) wherein the modular dental implant (1) comprises a main part (2) that can be anchored in a jawbone and is made of a metal material suitable for implants; and comprises the abutment (3), which is intended to be connectable to the main part (2) of the modular dental implant (1).
The abutment (3) is made of a ceramic material suitable for implants (3). The surface (31) in a contact region (5) of the abutment (3) is intended to contact a surface (21) in a contact region (5) of a main part (2), or to lie on the surface (21) in the contact region (5) of the main part (2), when the modular dental implant (1) is in an assembled state. The surface (31) of the abutment (3) in the aforementioned contact region (5) of the abutment (3) is processed in such a way that the surface (31) has a roughness average Ra which, when the modular dental implant (I) is in operation, prevents damage, in particular the removal of material, by the abutment (3) to the surface (21) of the main part (2) in the aforementioned contact region (5) of the main part (2).
Dental implant abumtment system and method of use
A dental anchoring system includes an angled abutment, having a main body extending from a top to a channel body, the channel body extending away from the main body at a predetermined angle less than 180 degrees; a lip extending around the top; and an opening extending from the top and through the channel body, the opening to receive an attachment device; the angled abutment is to provide an angled attachment for a dental prosthetic.
DENTAL IMPLANT FIXTURE
Provided is a dental implant fixture. The dental implant fixture includes: a body portion having an outer wall on which a threaded portion to be placed in an alveolar bone is formed; an abutment contact and support portion formed on an inner wall of the body portion at an entrance side, to which an abutment is coupled and supported in contact therewith; and an internal connection part formed on the inner wall of the body portion in an area where the abutment contact and support portion ends in a direction in which the body portion is placed in the alveolar bone, and having a non-circular cross-sectional structure to allow a predetermined tool for rotational handling of the body portion to be optionally connected thereto.
Dental implant with improved prosthetic interface
Dental implants, dental abutments, and dental systems are disclosed. A dental implant can include an implant body having a longitudinal axis, a coronal end, and an apical end. An internal bore can be provided within the implant body, and can have a coronal end, adjacent to the coronal end of the implant body, and an apical end. The internal bore can include a first internally facing surface, extending from the coronal end of the internal bore towards the apical end of the internal bore, at least a portion of which tapers inwardly towards the apical end of the internal bore. The internal bore can further include an internally threaded portion positioned between an apical end of the first internally facing surface and the apical end of the internal bore. A dental abutment can be configured to engage with the dental implant.
ADAPTOR SYSTEM FOR DENTAL PROSTHESIS
The invention relates to an adaptor system for a dental prosthesis. The adaptor system comprises an abutment and an adaptor, wherein said adaptor is adapted to connect to a prior art or new implants and is also connected to the abutment by a rotational connection. The adaptor and the abutment are secured to the implant by a screw that retains the angular position of the abutment.
Low-Profile Retentive Abutment
A low-profile retentive abutment is used for securing dentures to a user's jaw. The low-profile abutment has an abutment fastener is used to mount an overdenture onto the user's jaw and has a body, a dimpled recession, and a retentive clasp. The dimple recession traverses into the body and forms a mounting point to attach the clasp to the body. The clasp is a connector that enables the overdenture to be detachably mounted onto the body. The clasp has a stop plate, a C-shaped frame, and a dimple protrusion. The stop plate ensures that the clasp is maintained in a desired orientation while attached to the body. The frame is connected in between the stop plate and the dimple protrusion so that the dimple protrusion engages into the dimple recession. Accordingly, the frame facilitates maintaining the clasp in an orientation that facilitates securely attaching the overdenture to the user's jaw.
RESTORATION DENTAL IMPLANT SYSTEM AND METHOD
An implant fixture is disclosed. The implant fixture contains an elongated shaft section, and a head section, wherein the head section contains at least one concave area for bone growth therein.
DENTAL IMPLANT
The invention relates to surgical and orthopedic dentistry, particularly to implantology, more particularly to apparatus for mounting a dental prosthesis at the site of a missing tooth, and more particularly to dental (tooth) implants. Proposed is an implant which consists of a base section, an abutment and a connecting screw, said abutment having a conical surface with a total angle of 7-9, and lobes positioned in the inner gingival region, and said screw being threaded with a pitch of 0.20.05 mm. The implant has enhanced strength, particularly when in the form of narrow prostheses.
ZYGOMATIC DENTAL IMPLANT SET
The present invention relates to a dental implant set, more precisely to a zygomatic dental implant set for in-bone dental implant surgeries of the zygomatic arch via intraoral access. The zygomatic dental implant set (100) comprises an implant pin (10) configured to be anchored in the zygomatic bone; an intermediate connecting member (20) comprising a curved shape; wherein a first end (21) of the intermediate connecting member (20) is configured to be coupled directly or indirectly to the implant pin (10); a first extender (30), wherein the first extender (30) is coupled to a second end (22) of the intermediate connecting member (20); a prosthetic abutment (40), wherein a first end (41) of the prosthetic abutment (40) comprises an outer thread (42), wherein the outer thread (42) of the prosthetic abutment (40) is coupled to a first inner thread (23) of the intermediate connecting member (20); and wherein a second end (43) of the prosthetic abutment (40) is configured to receive a dental prosthesis.
DENTAL PROSTHETIC DEVICE
Disclosed is a dental prosthetic device having an implant, a cap and an abutment interposed between the implant and the cap. The abutment includes an abutment head which is at least partially delimited by an abutment external face and which is configured to retain the cap. The abutment has an abutment body with an attachment to the implant. Retention is accomplished by a nesting arraignment for fitting the abutment head inside a cavity which is formed inside the cap and which is at least partially delimited by a cap internal face. The cap is screwed onto the abutment head. The cap internal face is provided with a tab which is in contact against the abutment external face. A space is left between a point of contact of the cap internal face and a cone lip of the cap internal face between the abutment external face and the cap internal face.
