Dental implant socket arrangement with annular recess

A threaded dental implant to be screwed into a jawbone for supporting at least one abutment and/or a dental superstructure, and having a socket arrangement with a first section and a second section with respective geometrical profiles around a longitudinal center axis of the implant. The first section cooperates with the abutment for securing the abutment in a determined position in the implant. The second section cooperates with an insertion tool for screwing the implant into the jawbone. The first section includes an annular coronal contact surface on top of an opening centric at a coronal end of the implant, followed in an apical direction by a first tapered section having a diameter decreasing in the apical direction, by a first cylindrical section, by first anti-rotational elements and by a threaded section.

Dental implant assembly comprising an implant with a body having an outer implant surface configured for osseointegration and a connection well, and an abutment comprising a prosthesis mounting portion for assembly of a dental prosthesis thereon and a connector mounting cavity. The assembly further comprises a connector comprising an implant mounting portion for assembly in the connection well of the implant, and an abutment mounting portion for assembly in the connector mounting cavity of the abutment, the abutment mounting portion of the connector comprising an index portion and the abutment connector mounting cavity further comprising an index cavity portion for receiving the index portion therein, the index portions configured to register the rotational orientation of the abutment about a longitudinal axis (A) with respect to the connector.

SUPERSTRUCTURE, DENTAL IMPLANT AND DENTAL PROSTHESIS

Superstructure and dental implant each with an interface that allows direct attachment of the superstructure to the dental implant without the use of an abutment and can be manufactured in a cost-effective manner.

DENTAL IMPLANT SYSTEM

A dental implant assembly (200) configured to be positioned in an osteotomy cavity formed in a patient's jawbone. Abase member (204) of the implant is positioned into the cavity. The base member serves as a platform to secure an abutment member (202) of the implant that in turn receives a dental restoration, such as a crown or denture.

Dental implant structure

The present invention relates to an implant and, more specifically, has a fixture having a circular ball shape and a socket structure of an abutment body coupled to the fixture, and thus enables improvement of the matching between the fixture and an abutment which are an implant structure during an implant procedure.

DENTAL IMPLANT, PROCESS OF OBTENTION AND USES THEREOF

A dental implant supported on the cortical bone is implanted in the socket from which the tooth was extracted, if this hole still exists, or in the remaining socket when the tooth was extracted some time before, or alternatively in a hole made for placement of the implant, at cortical bone level, and externally, between the cortical bone and the gingiva, slightly embracing the mandible and the maxilla.

In one embodiment, in order to enhance the fixation and implant lifetime vascularization, the implant of the present disclosure for fitting in an intraosseous zone of a dental socket includes a plurality of raised platforms with a flat top such that said tops form an external surface of the implant for contacting with the intraosseous zone and the spaces between said platforms form a network of channels for revascularisation fluid flow with capillarity properties.

ASSEMBLY INTERFACE BETWEEN A SUPERSTRUCTURE AND AN IMPLANT BODY

The disclosure relates to an assembly including a superstructure support that supports a superstructure, an implant body having an inner thread, and a threaded bolt. The superstructure support and the implant body are secured against rotation relative to one other. An inner thread is arranged in the cavity of the superstructure support, in the region of said cavity facing the implant body. The threaded bolt has two outer threads arranged one behind the other, with or without a spacing between them, the first of which is an outer thread for driving and the second is an outer thread for clamping. The two outer threads have different pitches. The present invention improves an assembly interface between a superstructure support and an implant body, such that the superstructure is securely supported, with simple pre-assembly and final assembly.

Restoration dental implant system and method

An implant fixture is disclosed. The implant fixture contains an elongated shaft section, and a head section, wherein the head section contains at least one concave area for bone growth therein.

Arrangement comprising an abutment post and an appurtenant cap, as well as a tool for application of the cap

An arrangement for mounting to a dental implant and a tool for use therewith. The arrangement includes an abutment post connected to a conical cap. The abutment post has a conical section with a conical outer surface configured to be complementary to a conical inner surface of a conical recess of the conical cap in such a manner that the conical cap can be placed on the conical section so as to at least partially receive the conical section in its conical recess. The inner surface of the conical cap and the outer surface of the abutment post are inclined relative to one another in such a manner that the conical cap can be connected to the abutment post by friction locking between the inner surface and the outer surface. The conicity of the conical section differs from the conicity of the conical recess.

A DENTAL IMPLANT ASSEMBLY

A dental implant assembly comprises, a base member which is rotatably insertable into a jaw-bone. The base member may be defined by a collar portion, a mid-portion and an apical region. The base member in entirety may be configured with a tapered configuration right from the mid-portion to the apical region. Further, the base member is defined with a plurality of threaded profiles on an outer surface. A first thread profile is defined on the collar portion. A second thread profile, defined on the mid-portion and a third thread profile, defined on the apical region. The third thread profile is configured to cut into the jaw-bone during insertion to anchor the base member. As the third thread profile cuts in to the jaw bone, the second thread profile forms a threaded hole within the drilled hole in order to securely anchor the base member within the jaw bone.
