The detection circuit is configured to have a hysteresis property in changing a state of the selection signal.

The apparatus includes a bias signal generation module for generating a steady state reference voltage signal (RVS) based on a varying supply voltage signal (VDD), the RVS having a voltage level less than the PVS. The apparatus further includes a positive signal generation module (PSGM) generating the PVS, the PSGM including a first capacitor, the PSGM employing the first capacitor to generate a portion of the PVS based on the RVS. The apparatus further includes a negative signal generation module (NSGM) generating the NVS, the NSGM including a second capacitor, the NSGM employing the second capacitor to generate a portion of the NVS based on the RVS.

A reference voltage circuit (1) includes a PTAT voltage generation circuit (20) that generates a voltage with a positive temperature coefficient, a CTAT voltage generation circuit (10) that generates a voltage with a negative temperature coefficient, and a temperature characteristic adjustment circuit (30) that generates a voltage for adjusting temperature characteristics. The reference voltage circuit outputs a reference voltage (VOUT) formed by calculation based on the output of the PTAT voltage generation circuit, output of the CTAT voltage generation circuit, and output of the temperature characteristic adjustment circuit.

A power supply soft-start control method, control apparatus and control device, and a storage medium. Frequency adjustment is added to a power supply soft-start process. A voltage step value is utilized to control a voltage adjusting loop to perform voltage feedback adjustment, and a frequency step value is utilized to control a frequency adjusting loop to perform frequency feedback adjustment. In an adjusting process, according to a voltage set value of the voltage adjusting loop and a frequency set value of the frequency adjusting loop, one of the voltage adjusting loop and the frequency adjusting loop is selected to control a soft-start output voltage, whereby voltage adjustment and frequency adjustment are mutually restricted.
LINEAR VOLTAGE REGULATOR CIRCUIT AND MULTIPLE OUTPUT VOLTAGES
A device includes a voltage regulator circuit configured to pull up a voltage at an output terminal to equal to half of a supply voltage; multiple first transistors coupled between the output terminal and a voltage terminal providing the supply voltage; and a control circuit configured to pull down gate voltages of the first transistors from the supply voltage to a voltage level between the supply voltage and a ground voltage at a first time. The first transistors are configured to pull up the voltage at the output terminal to the supply voltage at a second time.
Current limiting electronic fuse circuit
A power transistor generates an output current and a sense transistor generates a proportional sense current. A differential amplifier generates a gate voltage applied to the power and sense transistors in response to first and second input signals. A comparator circuit compares the gate voltage to a switching reference to detect whether the power and sense transistors are operating in a triode mode of operation or in a saturation mode of operation. At least one of the first and second input signals is modified in response to the detection made by the comparator circuit. In one instance, different reference voltages are applied to an input of the amplifier depending on the detected mode of operation. In another instance, different resistances are used to convert the sense current to a voltage for application to an input of the amplifier in response to the detected mode of operation.
SOFT START MODULE
A soft start module includes a power component, a current sensing component, a reference voltage generating circuit, and a constant current control circuit. The power component has a first terminal connected to a first node, a second terminal connected to an Output node, and a third terminal connected to a third node. The current sensing component has a fourth terminal connected to an input node and a fifth terminal connected to the first node. The reference voltage generating circuit has a seventh terminal connected to a fourth node and an eighth terminal connected to a ground node. The constant current control circuit has a ninth terminal connected directly or indirectly to the fifth terminal of the current sensing component, a tenth terminal connected the fourth node, and an eleventh terminal connected to the third node.

According to an aspect a low noise electronic voltage regulator comprises a regulating transistor operative to regulate an input DC voltage to provide a regulated DC output voltage, an error amplifier configured to generate an error signal based on a reference voltage and a feedback voltage, wherein the error amplifier receiving the feedback voltage through a feedback loop formed between the regulated DC output voltage and the feedback voltage, and a first amplifier in the feedback loop providing a gain of greater than unity from the regulated DC output voltage and the feedback voltage.
