SYSTEMS AND METHODS TO INITIATE DEVICE RECOVERY
20230216607 · 2023-07-06 ·

The methods and systems provide remote device recovery using a sideband communication path in response to an error occurring in the device. A management entity sends a sideband communication using the sideband communication path to a logic circuit in communication with the device. The logic circuit initiates the recovery of the device.

METHODS, MEDIUMS, AND SYSTEMS FOR ANALYTICAL METHOD DEBUGGING

Exemplary embodiments provide computer-implemented methods, mediums, and apparatuses configured to provide an interactive analytical method debugger for an analytical laboratory system. The analytical laboratory system may include a laboratory analytical device with a number of settings, parameters, etc. The laboratory analytical device may process a sample according to an analytical method that (among other things) defines a configuration for the device. The settings for the method may be organized into categories. The interactive debugger identifies problems with the method (e.g., incompatibilities, values out of range, etc.) and automatically allow the user to view the category of the method that is relevant to addressing the issue. Possible solutions may be proposed in the debugger interface, allowing the user to quickly identify and address the problem. Embodiments are particularly well-suited to situations where a method is ported from an old device to a new device.

Self restoring logic structures

A SEU tolerant structure has two logic sections that generate two output signals that are complementary such that a fault which affects one section cannot affect the other section. Adjacent NMOS regions or adjacent PMOS regions contain no logic inversions in the combinational logic or if logic inversions in the combinational logic are present where all gates following the inversion are SEU hard by design. The circuits can be realized using one of a Complex CMOS gate, pass transistor logic, Multiplexor logic, AND-OR logic or OR-AND logic. A SRL latch is formed of three NMOS and PMOS structures having a first latch with a first NMOS structure adjacent a first PMOS structure, a second latch with a second NMOS structure adjacent a second PMOS structure wherein the first and second NMOS structures are adjacent one another, and a third latch with a third NMOS structure adjacent a third PMOS structure wherein the second and third PMOS structures are adjacent one another, wherein the latch is adapted to have alternating logic with a state assignment of 010 and 101. A Single Event Upset Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) tolerant circuit generates complementary output values 010 and 101 with layouts that are adjacent.

READ CALIBRATION BY SECTOR OF MEMORY

Read calibration by sector of memory can include reading a page of memory, having more than one sector, with a read level, such as a default read level. In response to an error, such as an uncorrectable error correction code read result, the respective read level can be calibrated for each sector to yield a respective calibrated read level per sector. The page of memory can be read with the respective calibrated read level per sector. The calibrated read levels can be stored.

AUTOMATED IDENTIFICATION OF WEBSITE ERRORS

Systems and methods for automated detection of website errors during a sequence of device interactions with a website. In one example, a computing device is configured to receive a website navigation sequence of a series of web page interactions between a client device and a website. The computing device can determine a predicted completion time for a next measurement of the client device executing the website navigation sequence. An actual completion time for the next measurement of the client device executing the website navigation sequence can be determined. Then, the computing device can determine an anomaly website event based on the actual competition time failing to meet a boundary threshold. The anomaly website event is determined to be a website error based on a second machine learning model being trained with a plurality of previous website errors identified from a plurality of previous website navigation sequences.

PREVENTING DUPLICATION OF FILES IN A STORAGE DEVICE
20230214290 · 2023-07-06 ·

Duplication of files in a storage device of a computing device can be avoided using some techniques described herein. In one example, a system can determine a checksum of a file in a software package. The system can then determine that the file is absent from a storage device by issuing a command for accessing the file based on the checksum. In response to determining that the file is absent from the storage device, the system can download a copy of the file from a remote computing device to the storage device over a network.

Machine learning to predict container failure for data transactions in distributed computing environment

Inflight transactions having predictable pod failure in distributed computing environments are managed by integrating a transaction manager into pods having containers running applications in a distributed computing environment, wherein the transaction manager records a transaction log having data indicative of historical pod failure. A pod health check that is also integrated into the pods determines predictive pod failure scenarios from the data of historical pod failure in the transaction log. Pod health can be tracked using the pod health checker by matching the predictive pod failure scenarios to transaction calls. Calls may be sent to a load balancer for recovery of pod failure for transaction calling match the predictive pod failure scenarios. Pods can be configured recover for the predictive pod failure.

System and Method for Browser Based Polling

A system, method, and computer-readable medium are disclosed for browser based polling of jobs used to build a web page of a web application. A web browser builds the web page of the web application and connects with one or more web services for jobs used to build the web page of the web application. A reusable service from a library is downloaded and is used at the web browser to poll the jobs as they are received from the web services. Polling the jobs is performed until download is complete. The web page application is updated when the download is complete.

Proactive voltage droop reduction and/or mitigation in a processor core

Techniques facilitating voltage droop reduction and/or mitigation in a processor core are provided. In one example, a system can comprise a memory that stores, and a processor that executes, computer executable components. The computer executable components can comprise an observation component that detects one or more events at a first stage of a processor pipeline. An event of the one or more events can be a defined event determined to increase a level of power consumed during a second stage of the processor pipeline. The computer executable components can also comprise an instruction component that applies a voltage droop mitigation countermeasure prior to the increase of the level of power consumed during the second stage of the processor pipeline and a feedback component that provides a notification to the instruction component that indicates a success or a failure of a result of the voltage droop mitigation countermeasure.

A system for monitoring job execution includes an interface and a processor. The interface is configured to receive an indication to start a cluster processing job. The processor is configured to determine whether processing a data instance associated with the cluster processing job satisfies a watchdog criterion; and in the event that processing the data instance satisfies the watchdog criterion, cause the processing of the data instance to be killed.
