INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD
An information processing apparatus includes a processor configured to: acquire signature information indicating whether an application program installed on the information processing apparatus is signed or not; and with the signature information indicating that the application program is not signed, transmit log information indicating an operation log of the application program to an external apparatus.
Media content management
A system and method for media content management include creating, via a digital vault, a container file comprising media content submitted by a first user and content metadata; verifying, via the digital vault, a completeness of the content metadata associated with the media content in the container file; classifying, via the digital vault, the container file based on the completeness of the media content; capturing, via the digital vault, event metadata when a second user gains access to the container file, the event metadata comprising at least one of identification of the second user, an activation timestamp, a duration of access, portions of the container file accessed, and changes to the container file; and enabling a private communication channel between parties affiliated with the media content to permit messaging among the parties affiliated with the media content via the private communication channel.
METHODS, MEDIUMS, AND SYSTEMS FOR ACCESSING ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY SYSTEMS
Exemplary embodiments provides computer-implemented methods, mediums, and apparatuses configured to perform a secure log in and log out of an analytical chemistry system. In one embodiment, a kiosk associated with the analytical chemistry system may receive a request for access on behalf of a user. The analytical chemistry system may be associated with an audit record storing information about an analytical workflow for processing a sample. The user may obtain a security token by logging into a credentialing application. Upon successfully logging in the user's device may be provided with the security token, which may then be exchanged between the kiosk and a mobile device associated with the user. The security token may be validated, and the user may be permitted access to the analytical chemistry system. The audit record may be updated to include a login action that includes an identity of the user.
Non-fungible token (NFT) authenticity protocol with fraud deterrent
A system and method for performing a verification process of media content comprising, for example, receiving, via a digital vault, identification information from a non-fungible token (NFT) creator user or owner user of an NFT, wherein the NFT creator user initiates a minting process that creates the NFT for exchange on an NFT marketplace of the digital vault, and wherein the NFT is associated with a container file comprising media content submitted by a first user; verifying, via the digital vault, the identification information from the NFT creator user by comparing the identification information with stored user information at the digital vault; transmitting, via the digital vault, a confirmation code to the NFT creator user; and upon receiving the confirmation code, providing diligence information during a verification process to an NFT collector user in the NFT marketplace of the digital vault in verifying authenticity of the NFT creator user.
COMPUTE RECOMMENDATION ENGINE
The present invention includes embodiments of systems and methods for facilitating users’ selection of compute infrastructure options that satisfy predefined performance goals. The integrated, multi-provider cloud-based platform of the present invention employs abstraction layers for communicating with and integrating the resources of multiple back-end hardware providers, multiple software providers and multiple license servers. These abstraction layers and associated functionality free users not only from having to implement and configure provider-specific protocols, but also from having to address interdependencies among selected hardware, software and license servers on a job-level basis or at other levels of granularity.
SYSTEM FOR THE MONITORING OF COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL
Systems and methods monitor copyrighted material and the proportion of a document accessed. A library of material in which copyright or related rights subsist is linked to copyright data for each item of material. A database contains rules for use of copyrighted material. The extent of a document in its entirety, including copyrighted material, can be quantified e.g. by an input counter counting its text, graphics and other content. The extent of a document accessed in each instance of use of the document can be quantified e.g. by an output counter. Use of copyrighted material can be metered based on the accessed extent. Document access can be permitted e.g. based on copyright use rules. A determination can be made as to whether the proportion of a document accessed is above a predetermined value. If fair use is unavailable or exhausted, a user may purchase a license to access copyrighted material.
Tokenized media content management
A system and method for media content management include creating, via a digital vault, a container file comprising media content submitted by a user and content metadata; verifying, via the digital vault, a completeness of the content metadata associated with the media content in the container file; classifying, via the digital vault, the container file based on the completeness of the media content; and capturing, via the digital vault, event metadata when a second user gains access to the container file, the event metadata comprising identification of the second user, an activation timestamp, a duration of access, portions of the container file accessed, and changes to the container file.
Integrated multi-provider compute platform
The present invention includes embodiments of systems and methods for addressing the interdependencies that result from integrating the computing resources of multiple hardware and software providers.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ASSOCIATING INFORMATION WITH A DIGITAL IMAGE FILE USING A DIGITAL LEDGER
An electronic device includes a camera assembly configured to capture an image and to process the image to create an image file. The electronic device further includes a communications interface, and a processor configured to generate digital ledger data comprising a smart contract providing rights to use or access the image based on a condition being satisfied, and image rights management information. The processor is further configured to transmit the digital ledger data using the communications interface, to a digital ledger network, and embed a pointer or link as a portion of data included within the image file. The pointer or link provides a location to access the digital ledger data.
System and Method for Providing Access to Streaming Multimedia Content to Devices From Servers
A method for delivery of primary media content in digital form is provided. The method includes establishing a communications link between a client computer and a server, where the client computer has storage. The establishing of the communications link includes authorization of user information. The method further includes receiving a request for a media among primary media content accessible to the server. The server associating the request with the user information maintained in a customer database that is accessible to the server. The user information is used to authorize access to specified content from among said primary media content for the user based on the user information in the customer database. The method also determines that the requested media is authorized for use by the user based on the user information. The method then streams the media to the storage of the client computer upon receiving a play request. The media received by streaming is configured for rendering on a display screen. The streaming data is one or more of video data including motion picture content, game data, music data, or combinations of two or more thereof.
