Systems and methods for medical information data warehouse management

Systems and methods for data warehouse management for medical information is provided. The system receives a set of medical record documents. These documents include evidence for one or more findings which are identified using natural language processing of evidence. The data set is probabilistically transformed into a structured data set (often as a table). This structured data set includes embedded links that reference the source document where the evidence is located. If the finding is supported by multiple articles of evidence, the link will direct the user to the source document with the highest confidence ranking. Evidence in the source document is highlighted and may include associated annotations. Evidence, findings and annotations may be updated by the user.

The system accesses a structured document and recordings associated with a recorded presentation given using the structured document. The system analyzes, using machine-trained models, the structured document, audio and video recordings, and recording of operations performed during the presentation. The analyzing comprises generating a transcript of the audio recording, determining context of components of the structured document, and deriving context from the video recordings and recording of operations. Based on the analyzing, the system segments the recorded presentation into a plurality of segments and generates an index of the plurality of segments that is used for post-processing.

The system analyzes, using machine-trained models, the structured document, audio and video recordings, and recording of operations performed during the presentation. The analyzing comprises generating a transcript of the audio recording, determining context of components of the structured document, and deriving context from the video recordings and recording of operations. Based on the analyzing, the system segments the recorded presentation into a plurality of segments and generates an index of the plurality of segments that is used for post-processing.

Systems and methods for generating comic books from video and images

Techniques for a comic book feature are described herein. A visual data stream of a video may be parsed into a plurality of frames. Scene boundaries may be determined to generate a scene using the plurality of frames where a scene includes a subset of frames. A key frame may be determined for the scene using the subset of frames. An audio portion of an audio data stream of the video may be identified that maps to the subset of frames based on time information. The key frame may be converted to a comic image based on an algorithm. First dimensions and placement for a data object may be determined for the comic image. The data object may include the audio portion for the comic image. A comic panel may be generated for the comic image that incorporates the data object using the determined first dimensions and the placement.

Systems and methods for generating comic books from video and images

Techniques for a comic book feature are described herein. A visual data stream of a video may be parsed into a plurality of frames. Methods and systems for creating and managing micro content from an electronic document

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for processing one or more document and/or hierarchal project. For example, a system is disclosed having memory storing the document as a data file comprising content data. The system also includes at least one processor coupled to the at least one memory and configured to designate a portion of the content data as micro content; receive user input providing a phrase; and generate a phrase map configured to associate the phrase with the designated micro content and store the phrase map as phrase map data, the phrase map data comprising at least the phrase associated with a reference indicative of the associated micro content.

Methods and systems for creating and managing micro content from an electronic document

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for processing one or more document and/or hierarchal project. For example, a system is disclosed having memory storing the document as a data file comprising content data. The system also includes at least one processor coupled to the at least one memory and configured to designate a portion of the content data as micro content; receive user input providing a phrase; and generate a phrase map configured to associate the phrase with the designated micro content and store the phrase map as phrase map data, the phrase map data comprising at least the phrase associated with a reference indicative of the associated micro content.
