Systems and methods for verification of property records
Systems and methods for verification of public property records and other information associated with real estate properties compare information from different providers. The information is formatted in different provider-specific ways. The systems and methods enable comparisons through predetermined sets of textual manipulations that counteract or remedy differences in formatting, collection methodology, and data management practices.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY GENERATING DOCUMENTS ON THE BASIS OF AN INDEX
A system and method for automatically generating at least one document, in particular of procuration type intended for authorizing an agent to carry out an action on behalf of a client, the method includes: a step of selecting values of a first parameter and of a second parameter in such a way as to form a generation context; a step of consulting the static index so as to obtain the virtual document or the pre-finalized document in the PDF format associated with said generation context; in the case of a virtual document, a step of requesting from a database the page layout and the paragraphs pointed at by the virtual document obtained; and a step of generating said document in an electronic format, containing the paragraphs returned by said request and the page layout returned by said request.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MATCHING TRANSACTION ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS TO EVIDENCING ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS
A system and method for matching a second electronic document to a first electronic document, the first electronic document including at least partially unstructured data of a transaction. The method includes: analyzing the at least partially unstructured data to determine at least one transaction parameter; creating a template for the first electronic document, wherein the template is a structured dataset including the determined at least one transaction parameter; determining, based on the template, a portion of the first electronic document requiring evidence; searching, based on the template, for a second electronic document, wherein the second electronic document indicates of the evidence-requiring portion; and associating the second electronic document with the first electronic document.
Generating Semantic Variants of Natural Language Expressions Using Type-Specific Templates
A mechanism is provided in a data processing system having a processor and a memory storing instructions for implementing a natural language processing engine, a store of semantic types, and a store of units, conversions among units, and variants of unit names, for generating semantically equivalent variants of a natural language term. The mechanism receives an input term for variant analysis. The natural language processing engine executing on the data processing system identifies a semantic type of the input term based on the store of semantic types. The natural language processing engine extracts a quantity and a unit from the input term based on the store of units, conversions among units, and variants of unit names. The natural language processing engine populates type-specific templates at a level of specificity based on the input term based on the identified semantic type of the input term and the extracted quantity and unit to form a set of semantically equivalent variants of the input term. The natural language processing engine performs a natural language processing operation using the input term and the set of semantically equivalent variants of the input term.
Template Compilation Using View Transforms
Methods, systems, and apparatus include computer programs encoded on a computer-readable storage medium for template compilation. A method includes: identifying, within a portion of code, a code template; parsing the template to identify a defined transform and a DOM node to which the transform is to be applied; generating, based on the defined transform and the DOM node, a set of code that transforms the DOM node according to the defined transform; replacing the DOM node with the set of code; and transmitting, to a user device, the set of code to present the transformed DOM node at the user device.
Random Access to Properties for Lists in User Interfaces
Random access to any arbitrary object stored in a database from a displayed virtual object image corresponding to an object wherein some properties of the object are displayed in the virtual object image is provided through manipulation of a drag icon to cause, in sequence, display of a ghost template listing types of properties for which data is stored in a database, select a property type from the ghost template, display all instances of the selected property type and display another virtual object image containing a selected instance of the property type and including other properties of a corresponding object. All properties of the object to which the resulting virtual object image corresponds can be determined from further manipulation of the drag icon to display another ghost template.
Table item information extraction with continuous machine learning through local and global models
A bipartite application implements a table auto-completion (TAC) algorithm on the client side and the server side. A client module runs a local model of the TAC algorithm on a user device and a server module runs a global model of the TAC algorithm on a server machine. The local model is continuously adapted through on-the-fly training, with as few as a negative example, to perform TAC on the client side, one document at a time. Knowledge thus learned by the local model is used to improve the global model on the server side. The global model can be utilized to automatically and intelligently extract table information from a large number of documents with significantly improved accuracy, requiring minimal human intervention even on complex tables.

System and method for generating text-based advertisements
Described herein is a method and system for generating product descriptions of vehicles. A request for a customized vehicle publication is received, which includes at least a vehicle type, a set of standard features, and a set of optional features. One or more story templates associated with the vehicle type input are automatically received, where each of the story templates have populatable fields corresponding to the vehicle type, the set of standard features, and the set of optional features. The story templates have a theme correlated to usage of a vehicle having the vehicle type. A selection of a story template is received, and the vehicle characteristics are automatically populated. The completed vehicle product description is then provided.
