TEXTILE BARRIER INCLUDING AQUEOUS SUPER ABSORBENT POLYMER COMPOSITION
A textile barrier apparatus includes an inner layer comprising an aqueous super absorbent polymer composition (SAP) and first and second outer textile layers attached to opposite sides of the inner layer. A landfill version includes an odor neutralizer, a biocide and/or a nutrient to support vegetation. A fire barrier version has the first and second outer textile layers including water permeable membrane and a fire retardant treatment. A planting groundcover version includes a patterned thickness of SAP corresponding to a planting pattern and a nutrient to support vegetation.

Disclosed herein are adjustable closure system comprises a first flap configured to extend inwardly from a first side of a wearer, a second flap configured to extend inwardly from a second side of the wearer, and an adjustable suspension strap. The first flap may comprise a plurality of first fasteners. The second flap may comprise a plurality of second fasteners. The adjustable suspension strap may comprise a third fastener. The adjustable suspension strap is configured to be secured to the first flap, the second flap, or both the first flap and the second flap. Also disclosed herein are protective garments such as aprons comprising the adjustable closure system.

Disclosed herein are adjustable closure system comprises a first flap configured to extend inwardly from a first side of a wearer, a second flap configured to extend inwardly from a second side of the wearer, and an adjustable suspension strap. The first flap may comprise a plurality of first fasteners. The second flap may comprise a plurality of second fasteners. The adjustable suspension strap may comprise a third fastener. Protective Articles
A protective article is disclosed including a sheet with a first surface, and at least one adhesive portion arranged on the first surface. The adhesive is a water-based adhesive, such as a water-based acrylic adhesive, that allows the sheet to be non-permanently adhered to an object. The adhesive may be sprayed, rolled, printed, or stamped onto the first surface.

DISPOSABLE PANTS-PROTECTING PAINTER'S CHAPS
Disposable chaps with wiping faces on the thighs. A single mid-thigh strap closer to a contoured crotch cutout than to a lower hem is used for securing the thigh portions of the chaps around the upper legs, and a novel non-absorbent, shape-holding medical barrier material is used to both improve the removal of paint, caulk, etc. from the hands, and also to help conform the unsecured lower end portions and free hems of the thigh portions to the wearer’s pants while working.

SPRING-LOADED SELF-STORING BIB
A bib has a body portion made of hydrophobic, liquid-repelling material, the body having a neck aperture, a pocket for catching inadvertently dropped food and drink, and a spring member sewn into at least a portion of an outer perimeter of the body and/or pocket. The spring member may comprise a memory whereby the spring member resists deformation and returns to an extended shape when removed from the pouch. The body of the bib may have two ends that fasten together to form the neck aperture, allowing a user to easily wear and remove the bib. Additionally, the bib may further have a pouch coupled thereto wherein the liquid-repelling material may be folded and stored when not in use.
Permanently Embedded Protective Covering for Articles of Clothing
The present invention involves a method for permanently embedding a protective covering in an article of clothing over at least one predetermined portion of the clothing that can be worn by infants, children and adults. The protective covering is made from a thermoplastic material that is applied to and thermally bonds or co-mingles with the outermost fabric fibers of the clothing creating a permanently embedded, liquid impermeable, non-porous protective covering, including an increased height edge, which covering retains the same flexibility as the underlying fabric of the clothing article. The protective covering can be positioned across the top front portion of the clothing article and extend downward to a lower portion of the front of the clothing article creating an easy to clean particle and dirt resistant covering for the clothing article.
Accessory attachments for a welding garment
A flame resistant garment, in certain embodiments, may include multiple garment portions to provide different degrees of protection for welding or another application. In one embodiment, the flame-resistant garment may include a base garment and one or more supplemental protective layers or garments. For example, the base garment may include a jacket, a vest, a coverall, a jumpsuit, an overall, pants, trousers, a smock, a hat, a hood, or a combination thereof. The protective layer may include a bib or any other suitable attachment to add further flame resistance. Further, the multiple garment portions may be coupled together via a snap fastener system, a hook-and-loop system, a button system, a zipper system, a buckle system, or a clip system, or a combination thereof.
