ITERATIVE VISUALIZATION OF A COHORT FOR WEIGHTED HIGH-DIMENSIONAL CATEGORICAL DATA
Visualization of a cohort for high-dimensional categorical data is disclosed. One example is a system including a display module to identify real-time selection of a query data element in an interactive visual representation of high-dimensional categorical data elements comprising a plurality of categorical components. A matrix generator generates a binary distance matrix with columns representing categorical components, and entries in a row indicative of a degree of similarity of respective categorical components of the selected query data element to a data element represented by the row, and determines a category weighting matrix by associating a weight with entries in each column of the binary distance matrix. An evaluator evaluates a weighted similarity score for a data element represented by a row of the category weighting matrix based on entries of the row. A selector iteratively and interactively selects, based on weighted similarity scores, a cohort of categorical data elements.

In one aspect, a method comprises executing a workflow controller configured to manage a plurality of factory workflows; executing a plurality of extraction workers, each configured to extract data from a plurality of external data sources into plurality of extracted datasets; executing a plurality of intermediate workers, each configured to integrate and/or contextualize the extracted data sets into a plurality of intermediate datasets; and executing a plurality of visualization workers, each configured to use the intermediate datasets to produce an interactive display or a plurality of reports based on the intermediate datasets.
ENHANCING WORKFLOW PERFORMANCE WITH COGNITIVE COMPUTING
A cognitive computing system for enhancing workflow performance in the oil and gas industry, in some embodiments, comprises: neurosynaptic processing logic including multiple electronic neurons operating in parallel; input and output interfaces coupled to the neurosynaptic processing logic; and one or more information repositories accessible to the neurosynaptic processing logic, wherein the neurosynaptic processing logic receives a workflow enhancement request via the input interface, accesses the one or more information repositories to obtain information pertaining to the request, uses said information to perform a probability analysis, produces an option relating to the workflow enhancement request based on said probability analysis, and presents said option via the output interface.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ESTABLISHING A COMMUNICATION CHANNEL BETWEEN COMPUTING DEVICES IN A CUSTOMER CARE ENVIRONMENT
The disclosed embodiments illustrate method and system for establishing a communication channel between computing devices in a customer care environment. The method includes receiving a first input from a customer-computing device associated with the customer. The received first input is compared with one or more pre-stored datasets. Based on the comparison, a plurality of options corresponding to each of a plurality of levels of one or more workflows is rendered on a user interface displayed on a display screen of the customer-computing device. A second input is received for one of the rendered plurality of options. The second input is representative of at least a preference of the customer for a service associated with a workflow. Based on at least the received second input, a communication channel is established between the customer-computing device and an agent-computing device associated with the customer care agent.

Systems and methods for aggregating and storing different types of data, and generating interactive user interfaces for analyzing the stored data. In some embodiments, entity data is received for a plurality of entities from one or more data sources, and used to determine attribute values for the entities for one or more given time periods. The plurality of entities may be categorized into one or more entity groups, and aggregate attribute values may be generated based upon the entity groups. A first interactive user interface is generated displaying the one or more entity groups in association with the aggregated attribute values associated with the entity group. In response to a received indication of a user selection of an entity group, a second interactive user interface is generated displaying the one or more entities associated with the selected entity group, each entity displayed in association with the attribute values associated with the entity.
Robotic Conductor of Business Operations Software
This invention relates to non-mechanical robotic software for conducting, dictating and monitoring day-to-day regular activities of business operations of an organisation being automated by adaptation of principle of servomechanism closed loop feedback control system of engineering. A “Business Operation” is defined as a sequence of particular order in which related structured activities that serve a particular business goal follow each other, and structured activities are processes and events. The control system operates in real time and automatic generation of feedback for identifying next activity to be conducted is enabled by an innovative data driven automatic generation of feedback technique. This closed loop feedback control system continues conducting activities of all occurrences of business operations automatically until a feedback identifies a terminator activity of a particular occurrence marking completion of conducting that occurrence.
Increasing the Expected Availability of Fast-Delivery Offers to Customers
A method and system for increasing the expected availability of fast-delivery offers to customers. A method may include identifying a total number of units of a plurality of items to be stored in one or more fulfillment centers. In some cases, the items may be a product or a group of products. The method may also include receiving an order forecast of expected orders for each of the plurality of items and determining, for each of the plurality of items, a portion of the expected orders that is expected to be fulfilled by the one or more fulfillment centers. The method may then include calculating based, at least in part, on the total number of units, the order forecast, and the portion of the expected orders, a target inventory of each of the plurality of items that increases an expected availability of a given delivery offer to future customers.
Computer-Implemented System And Method For Predicting Activity Outcome Based On User Attention
A computer-implemented system and method for predicting activity outcome based on user attention is provided. Sensor data is collected for a user, and an activity performed by a user is identified based on the sensor data. Features of the user are collected while performing the activity and a subject of focus of the user is determined based on the collected features. An outcome of the activity performed by the user is predicted based on the features and the determined subject of focus.
