COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR WORKFLOW GENERICIZING, ASSIGNMENT AND EXECUTION
A computer-implemented method comprises loading information of a plurality of products, a plurality of employees of an organization and qualifying information for a plurality of sales agents into a database. A token data structure may be generated that is unique to a product, to an employee and to qualifying information of one or more sales agents authorized to sell the product to the employee. The token data structure may then be encrypted and sent to a load balancing scheduler, which may then select and assign the decrypted token data structure to one of a plurality of available and qualified virtual seats. Each qualified and available virtual seat may be configured to be occupied by any available sales agent whose qualifying information matches the qualifying information in the generated token data structure. The assigned token data structure may then be decrypted and the database accessed. Information that is related to the product and the employee specified by the decrypted token data structure may then be loaded into an enrollment interface with which a sales agent occupying the assigned virtual seat interacts to sell the product to the employee.

Optimizing benefits selection in view of both member population and organizational preferences
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for optimizing benefits plan options offered by an organization through balancing derived population preferences with organizational preferences by analyzing historical selections made by individuals. Census data dividing members of an organization into census divisions may be applied to machine learning algorithm(s) to derive estimated selection preferences of the members. Using selection preferences, costs of various product offering scenarios and overall member satisfaction estimates of the scenarios may be calculated. Product offering scenarios meeting member preference criteria and organizational budget criteria may be presented for review.

Information sharing portal associated with multi-vendor risk relationships
A multi-vendor risk relationship data store may contain electronic records representing a plurality of risk relationships between multiple vendors and an enterprise and, for each risk relationship, an electronic record identifier and a set of attribute values. An information sharing portal computer server may exchange an information request with a remote vendor platform. The information request may be, for example, associated with an employee of a sponsor associated with the vendor platform. The server may process the information request via a customized vendor-specific information sharing portal interface display and execute an algorithm to adjust, based on at least one attribute value, interactions with the vendor platform via the portal interface display. The server may also aggregate information associated with a plurality of vendor platforms and transmit the aggregated information to a remote administrator device associated with the enterprise.
Systems and Methods for Predicting Missing Data Values
A method may include receiving a file with a first healthcare claim. The method may include parsing the first healthcare claim into one or more claim data elements. The method may include performing an automatic discovery process on a first claim data element of the one or more data elements. The automatic discovery process may include identifying a replacement value for the claim data element value of the first claim data element and assigning an accuracy score to the replacement value. In response to the accuracy score exceeding a pre-determined score threshold, the automatic discovery process may include replacing the claim data element value of the first claim data element with the replacement value. In response to the accuracy probability score being below the pre-determined score threshold, the automatic discovery process may include presenting the replacement value via a user interface.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BILL PAYMENT FROM BILLING OR PAYROLL SYSTEM
This disclosure relates to a system and method for bill payment from a billing or payroll system. In particular, this disclosure enables individuals, such as retirees or employees, to effectively pay their bills directly from their retirement community's billing system or their employer's payroll system, respectively, which has a number of benefits including providing retirees/employees with a convenient system for automating bill payments, and providing the retirees/employees a clearer understanding of their discretionary income and, in turn, providing retirees/employees with benefits to their overall physical and mental health. This disclosure also provides increased certainty to third party billers, knowing their bills will be paid from a relatively secure source, namely the retirement community's billing system or the employer's payroll system.
Systems and methods for repurposing paid time off
The present disclosure relates generally to utilizing paid time off. In one example, the systems and methods described herein may provide an infrastructure to repurpose paid time off into other uses, such as cash, travel, bill payments, and the like.
