Blaze non-browser based application for purchasing digital products
A method and system for conducting an online payment transaction through a point of sale device. The method includes receiving input from a user selecting an item for purchase through the point of sale device; calculating a total purchase amount for the item in response to a request from the user to purchase the item; and sending payment authorization for the total purchase amount from the point of sale device to a payment entity, in which the payment authorization is sent to the payment entity via a mobile communication device of the user. The method further includes receiving a result of the payment authorization from the payment entity through the mobile communication device; and completing the payment transaction based on the result of the payment authorization.
Payment terminal operation method and system therefor
A method of payment terminal operation, including: receiving a payment collection request for a payment from an application, generating a payment initiation request for the payment, sending the payment initiation request to a secure processing system, switching the secure processing system from operation in an unsecured mode to operation in a secured mode in response to receipt of the payment initiation request, facilitating payment information entry, and receiving a payment response notification, generated based on the payment information, at the main processor.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR PROMOTING FINANCIAL BEHAVIORAL CHANGE
Some embodiments of the invention provide tools for promoting a user’s financial well-being by encouraging positive financial behavior through timely feedback, counseling and instruction. For example, some embodiments of the invention may provide real-time (e.g., in response to a transaction being performed, or in response to the user indicating he/she is contemplating a transaction) useful analysis and advice designed to encourage the type of ongoing financial behavior that leads over time to financial well-being.
TRANSFERS USING CREDIT ACCOUNTS
Disclosed are various embodiments for transfers using credit accounts. A request to send a specified amount of funds from a specified credit account to a recipient is received from a first client device. A transaction identifier for the request to send the specified amount of funds to the recipient is requested from the computing device. A first notification is sent to a second client device, wherein the first notification comprises the transaction identifier and the second client device is associated with the recipient. A second notification is received from the second client device that the recipient has accepted the specified amount of funds. A funds transfer is then initiated to the monetary account for the specified amount of funds.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM FOR REAL-TIME CONTROL OF RESOURCE TRANSFER VOLUME
Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for utilizing machine learning to predict future resource transfers and control the volume of said transfers. As such, the system allows for use of a machine learning engine to collect pending resource transfer information from a plurality of sources and predict future resource transfers associated with said sources. A single user may initiate resource transfers through a plurality of managing entities. By collecting data associated with each resource transfer, the system may identify data trends and generate predictions of future resource transfers independently of the facilitating entity. Thus, the system may benefit a number of entities, by providing real-time data analysis that would not be obtainable by any one entity operating alone. Additionally, the system may provide a single managing entity with real-time suggestions that may increase the volume of future resource transfers that the entity executes.
Systems and methods for completing transactions via lockable boxes
A method performed by a processor of a provider computing system includes allowing an account holder at the provider to initiate a transaction with the provider remotely (e.g., via smartphone, online banking, etc.), by submitting a request for a specified transaction to be picked up in a lockbox at a provider's lockbox location. The pickup and completion of the account holder's requested transaction occurs at a lockbox location that has a plurality of lockboxes. The lockbox allows the account holder to access the facility at the account holder's leisure, both in time and location. The lockbox pickup service alleviates the uncertainty, fluctuating time cost, and inconvenient operating hours by allowing the account holder to request transactions with an easy to use interface resulting in a lockbox to be accordingly prepped so that the account holder can provide the proper authentication information and access the lockbox.
DIGITAL CURRENCY AND A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING VALUE USING THE DIGITAL CURRENCY
A digital currency whose value is tied to a fiat currency or other thing of value is created in a participant's member account by the participant depositing a fiat currency or other thing of value in a common trust account maintained by a financial institution, and in which a plurality of participants make such deposits. A central authority maintains member accounts for the participants and credits to a participant's member account an international monetary unit (“IMU”) which reflects the value of each deposit that participant makes into the common deposit account. The value of a participants IMU or IMUs is thus determined by the amount which the participant deposits in the trust account. The IMUs may be transferred between participants and the transferred IMU may be denominated in selected sovereign currencies. Alternatively, a transferee participant may redeem an IMU for value, e.g., for a fiat currency, in which case the IMU is retired.
System and method for remote access
A technique for remote access via a computing device is discussed. In one embodiment, a computing device receives data indicative of a card number associated with a bank-issued debit card. The debit card is associated with a bank account at a bank that issued the bank-issued debit card. The computing device also receives data indicative of an amount of cash to be deposited into the account based on an amount of cash provided at the computing device location. Encrypted data indicative of the card number and the data indicative of the amount of cash is routed to a gateway vendor server and is further routed to a payment network server for deposit of an amount corresponding to the data indicative of the amount of cash into the bank account associated with the card number.
Method and system to facilitate gamified arbitration of smart contracts
Disclosed herein is a system to facilitate gamified arbitration of smart contracts. Further, the system includes a communication device configured for receiving a smart contract data associated with a disputed smart contract from an external system, transmitting an arbitration request to a plurality of arbitrator devices to arbitrate the disputed smart contract, receiving an acceptance of the arbitration request from two or more arbitrator devices in the plurality of arbitrator devices, receiving an arbitration stake from the two or more arbitrator accounts associated with the two or more arbitrator devices, transmitting the smart contract data to the two or more arbitrator devices, and receiving an arbitration result from the two or more arbitrator devices, and a processing device configured for allocating the security deposit fund amongst the plurality of participants and the two or more arbitrators corresponding to the two or more arbitrator devices based on the arbitration result.
System and method of performing secured transactions in a communication network
A system and a method of data communication between a first computing device, associated with a first user, and at least one second computing device associated with a second user may include: receiving, by the first computing device, one or more data elements pertaining to details of a transaction request from the second computing device, via a voice channel; extracting said transaction request details by the first computing device; transmitting, by the first computing device, one or more authentication data elements of an electronic wallet module, comprised in the first computing device, to the second computing device, via the voice channel; and carrying out the requested transaction by the first computing device, based on the extracted transaction request details and the electronic wallet authentication data.
