Product catalog services
A product catalog service allows merchants to create and store product catalogs indicating products that are available from the merchants. Transaction data from point-of-sale (POS) devices of a plurality of merchants can be received. A first catalog of a first merchant can be obtained from a first POS device of a first merchant. The first catalog contains items to be sold by the first merchant. Using the transaction data and the catalog, a second catalog of items to be sold by a second merchant can be generated or updated and transmitted to the second merchant. Items can be compared using item attributes. Item descriptions in the second catalog can be based on item descriptions in the first catalog.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING DYNAMIC PRICING OF MEDIA CONTENT THROUGH BLOCKCHAIN
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a method that includes receiving, by a processing system including a processor, a pricing policy for streaming a media asset to a user; and recording, by the processing system, the pricing policy into a blockchain, wherein the pricing policy is used by a billing system to charge the user for streaming the media asset. Other embodiments are disclosed.
Preservation of Price Calculation Data in Performance of Price Calculation Operations
Preservation of price calculation data in performance of price calculation operations is described. An example of a system includes one or more processors, a memory, an API to receive requests, a pricing service to generate price calculations, and price data functions to perform operations on price calculation data, wherein in response to a request for price calculation for a first transaction the system is to generate a unique transaction identifier; record context data for the price calculation; calculate a pricing result for each of one or more sales items and collect price calculation data for each sales item; aggregate the pricing results to generate a final pricing result, generate a price calculation data set for the first transaction including at least the transaction identifier, the context data, and the price calculation data for the sales items, and store the generated price calculation data set in the memory.
Systems and methods to analyze product pricing
The described systems and methods provide a user's mobile device with a graphical user interface that can provide information about the lowest price offered for one or more products. For instance, when a person at a physical retail store places one or more products in a physical shopping cart, a scanning device may scan the one or more products to obtain information about the one or more products, the scanned information is sent to a server that provides pricing and store location information to a mobile device based on the scanned information, the pricing and store location information can be analyzed by the mobile device to display the lowest price and store location for each product.
Item Identification Method, System and Electronic Device
An item identification method, system and electronic device are provided. The method includes: acquiring multi-frame images of the item by an image capturing device; processing the multi-frame images of the item to obtain position information and category information of the item in each frame image; acquiring auxiliary information of the item by an information capturing device; performing multi-modality fusion on the position information and the auxiliary information to obtain a fusion result; and determining an identification result of the item according to the category information and the fusion result. Through at least some embodiments of the present disclosure, a problem of low identification accuracy when identifying an item in the related art is partially solved.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS TO MANAGE TRANSACTION DISPUTES USING PREDICTIONS BASED ON ANOMALOUS DATA
Disclosed herein are systems and methods for managing transaction disputes. Techniques include accessing a transaction pattern model associated with a user account; detecting deviation of a transaction from the transaction pattern model; transmitting, based on the detected deviation, transaction data to a user device; receiving an input at the user device in response to the transmitted data; generating, based on the received input, dispute data; storing the dispute data; monitoring data extracts associated with the user account; detecting, based on the monitoring, a data extract indicating a posted state of a transaction associated with the dispute data; and updating the dispute data based on the data extract indicating the posted state.
Systems and methods for determining electric pulses to provide to an unattended machine based on remotely-configured options
Disclosed herein are systems and methods for determining electric pulses to provide to an unattended machine based on remotely-configured options. An example method includes: detecting presence of the unattended machine in proximity to the mobile device. After detecting the presence, the method includes: receiving, from a server, information about a first set of remotely-configured options. In response to receiving the information about the first set of remotely-configured options, the method includes: displaying user interface objects that allow for selection of respective options in the first set of remotely-configured options. After detecting a selection of a first user interface object, receiving, from the server, specifications regarding electric pulses to be provided to the unattended machine by a pulse-providing device. After sending an authorization grant and the specifications to the pulse-providing device, the method includes: receiving an indication that the electric pulses were provided to the unattended machine according to the specifications.
Point of sale transactions
A system provides for a self-checkout terminal with various components. A receiver receives shopping data including prices of items that a customer has physically acquired or placed in a cart. A payment logic receives credential information associated with a monetary account for paying for the items. A message logic creates checkout data that includes data representing the collection of purchase items. A transmitter transmits the credential information to an account network for authentication and the receiver receives a response indicating if the monetary account is valid. The payment logic/self-checkout terminal indicates to the customer that a payment using the monetary account for the purchase items is authorized or not. When authorized, an authorization is received at the self-checkout terminal before the customer arrives at the terminal and the self-checkout terminal causes a payment transaction to be executed to provide for self-checkout using the monetary account without assistance by another person.
ENHANCED SERVICE SYSTEM FOR A DRIVE THROUGH FACILITY
An enhanced service system comprises a pair of first wires between a first position proximal to an entry point of a drive through facility and a second position proximal to a receiving window in the drive through facility, and an aerial host unit coupled to the pair of first wires using a pair of first and second host wires. The aerial host unit is longitudinally movable between the first position and the second position and includes an aerial host member moveably supported by the first and second host wires to move laterally between the pair of first wires to approach an incoming customer vehicle, facilitate the customer to place an order, receive payment from the customer, and direct the customer to the receiving window where the aerial host member retrieves the items corresponding to the placed order from the receiving window and transfers the retrieved items to the customer.
METHOD FOR TRACKING AND MAINTAINING PROMOTIONAL STATES OF SLOTS IN INVENTORY STRUCTURES WITHIN A STORE
One variation of a method for tracking promotional states of slots in inventory structures within a store includes: accessing an image of an inventory structure within a store; detecting a shelf tag on the inventory structure in the image; extracting a set of features from the shelf tag detected in the image; detecting a promotional tag on the inventory structure in the image; extracting a set of features from the promotional tag detected in the image; detecting a deviation between the shelf tag and the promotional tag based on a difference between the sets of features; and, in response to detecting the deviation between the shelf tag and the promotional tag, identifying the first promotional tag as erroneous, and notifying a store associate to replace the first promotional tag with a second promotional tag at the first slot, the second promotional tag correcting the difference.
