Embodiments are provided for a pants garment that has an upper segment having a waist, and two leg portions, and a lower segment having two leg members. The leg members having an elastic upper portion and a lower portion. The leg portions of the upper segment overlap the top portion of the leg members, and are attached to the leg members at a portion below the top of the leg members, as to allow the leg members elastic upper portions to resist the movement of the leg warmers when the upper portion is pulled down.

The present invention is a method and system to permit joining a shirt together with a skirt portion or fabric in a retail location to form a dress. The shirt may be brought to the retail location by a customer, or may be purchased within the retail location. The retail location employees assist in the selection of a skirt portion or fabric from which a skirt portion may be constructed, perform physical measurement or otherwise gather measurement data of the customer, and create the dress to the specifications of the customer. The customer is presented with a dress that was created with customer input.

A load-bearing jacket having an integrated tool belt system connected to a jacket. More specifically, an integrated tool belt comprising a plurality of flexible belt straps and a plurality of rigid pieces, each rigid piece paired with a corresponding flexible belt strap to enhance the rigidity of the plurality of flexible belt straps. Each of the plurality of flexible belt straps can have two ends, wherein a first end of each of the plurality of flexible belt straps can be permanently connected to the jacket and a second end of each of the plurality of flexible belt straps can be connected to the external surface of the jacket by a locking system and designed to hinge around the first end of each of the plurality of flexible belt straps.

Disclosed is an outwear garment including a housing configured to fit around a human upper torso, the housing having a detachable inner and including a pair of sleeves to receive arms of the human, wherein each sleeve has a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the housing further having a back portion to cover the back of the human, a left side portion to cover from front the left side of the human and a right side portion to cover from front the right side of the human; at least one glove pocket configured near the distal end of each sleeve of the housing, the glove pocket having a zipper opening; and an elastic cord loop sewn in the lining; at least one glove configured to store inside each glove pocket; a hook attached to the glove and further configured to detachably attached with the elastic cord loop of the glove pocket; a hood having detachable inner lining detachably attached to the housing for covering the head of the human; a collar detachably attached to the hood to snap around the neck of the human; and an elastic face mask having a left end and a right end, the left end of the elastic face mask sewn into the inner lining of the hood and the right end of the elastic face mask looped to detachably attached to the inner lining, wherein the elastic face mask looped over the head to cover the mouth of the human.

A garment comprising a barrier layer. The barrier layer comprises a skirt and a storage region for retaining the skirt. The storage region comprises an upper flap, a lower flap, and a fastener for releasably coupling the upper flap and the lower flap to retain the skirt in the storage region.

A hem insert is adapted for forming an inwardly or outwardly-turned cuff in a garment. The hem insert comprises an elongated flexible strip having opposing ends and opposing longitudinal straight edges. The hem insert is adapted for insertion into a sewn circumferential hem of the garment, and the hem subsequently folded by a wearer to form the cuff.

The utility pants may include a support belt, an upper portion attached to the support belt, and a lower portion configured to attach to the upper portion. The upper portion and the lower portion may be attached via a plurality of zippers. When the upper portion and the lower portion are attached, the utility pants may be longer than standard shorts. A customizable garment and a method for producing a customizable garment is disclosed. The customizable garment outwardly appears to be an ordinary garment and includes a pattern for modification marked on an interior surface thereof. The pattern for modification includes at least one pattern and can include a plurality of patterns for modification that allow a consumer to modify easily the structure and/or style of the customizable garment while retaining the functional integrity of the garment.

An article of clothing in the form of trousers having a pair of trouser legs, each of the trouser legs comprising an upper section, a lower section and at least one additional section, each section provided with fastening means integrated along the edges to removably attach each section to another section. The pair of trousers has an original first length when the upper section is removably attached to the lower section and can be extended by removably attaching the additional section to the upper section and the lower section. The pair of trousers can be extended further by attaching a second additional section to the other sections.

An adjustable length garment device is provided. The adjustable length garment device includes an elongated fabric member. The elongated member is dimensioned to cover a portion of the torso of the wearer. The elongated member includes an upper opening, a pair of arm openings and a lower opening. A fastener is disposed at the lower end of the elongated fabric member. The fastener is configured to divide the lower opening into a pair of leg openings when engaged. The leg openings define a lower channel including at least one drawstring. The drawstring is connected to a first strap and a second strap, such that pulling upward on the first strap and the second strap will elevate the drawstring.
