APPLICATION CUSTOMIZATION USING A CUSTOMIZATION FILE
Techniques and systems for receiving and using a customization file are provided, including a computing device, a method, or a computer-program product. For example, a method may include receiving a customization file that includes customized content for customizing a communication interface overlay. The method may further include accessing native application code and executing the native application code to run a native application. The method may further include accessing a compiled set of code that is separate from the native application code. The compiled set of code is accessible by the native application code. The method may further include executing the compiled set of code, wherein a default file of the compiled set of code provides a native communication interface overlay, wherein the native communication interface overlay is overlaid over a graphical interface of the native application, and wherein the native communication interface overlay allows communication with a resource of a third-party. The method may further include executing the received customization file, wherein executing the received customization file customizes the compiled set of code, and wherein the customized compiled set of code customizes the native communication interface overlay to provide a customized communication interface overlay.
METHOD AND SYSTEM OF ON-LINE REAL-TIME SHADOWING FOR CONTEXT AWARE USER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Methods and systems are disclosed herein to provide real-time shadowing service architectures and workflows to support dynamic event pattern parameter configuration, collection, filtering, learning, and profiling for users of one or more interactive platforms. The real-time shadowing service may receive a subset of application specific tags, generate tag values for the tags in the subset based on user behavior, and report the values for the tags in the subset. Further, the real-time shadowing service may collect data based on a list of tags for an engagement level related parameter vector (E.V.) and a competence level related parameter vector (C.V.). Further, the real-time shadowing service may map E.V. and C.V. for an event of interest (EoI) to an engagement level (E.L.) and competence level (C.L.) based on a model. The real-time shadowing service may also generate alerts based on detection rules, E.L. and C.L., and transmit the alerts.
System and Method of Integrating to an External Search Application in an Employee Desktop Web Client
In the field of government engagement management, for users of an employee desktop web client, it is now possible, within the web client application, to search and read articles and/or knowledge content that has been authored to external locations. Due to this integration to external, third-party applications, content and/or articles can be displayed to an agent on the employee desktop web client graphical user interface. Agents can enter free text into a specific search field and review the results in summary form, and then select an article in HTML format to progress the current interaction with the client. This functionality adds value to the agent experience and enables the agent to provide an improved service to the end client. Results may be filtered by the search engine as well. Moreover, this system and method improves the operation of the computer in that the computer running such a system in the past was not able to integrate in such a fashion in a web client format. This system and method also enables an agent to handle calls with the web client more efficiently, and allows agents on the web client to automatically classify.
System and Method of Embedding and Launching a Form From Third-Party Knowledge Content
An additional feature extending from this capability is to add an amount of coding to external knowledge content websites that are owned and/or operated by the owner of the system such that when the website is viewed through the third-party integration module, a button or icon appears within the website that when selected takes the agent to an appropriate form. This button or icon does not appear when the website is viewed outside of the system.
System and Method of Running an Agent Guide Script-Flow in an Employee Desktop Web Client
In the field of government engagement management, an agent guide or script-flow in an employee desktop web client is implemented. In such a system and method, when agents create interactions with clients they can follow a script-flow which will guide the agent through the interaction through a series of menu selections and automated sets of instructions. This feature of the government engagement management system allows existing customer investment from the rich desktop client or non-web client in developing specific scripts, that can also now function in the web client atmosphere. This system and method also enables an agent to handle calls with the web client more efficiently, and allows agents on the web client to automatically classify.
PRODUCT, OPERATING SYSTEM AND TOPIC BASED
A method is described in which a topic similarity score, a product similarity score and an operating system similarity score between an original post and each one of a plurality of previous posts are determined; an overall similarity score of the each one of the plurality of previous posts based on the topic similarity score, the product similarity score and the operating system similarity score is determined; and a recommendation of a top K number of the plurality of previous posts based on the overall similarity score of the each one of the plurality of previous posts is sent to a display device.
RECORDING SYSTEM FOR GENERATING A TRANSCRIPT OF A DIALOGUE
A recording system has a listener processor for automatically capturing events involving computer applications during a dialogue involving the user of the computer. The system generates a visual transcript of events on a timeline. It automatically detects start of a dialogue and proceeds to detect events and determines if they are configured as transcript events, before detecting end of the dialogue. The system may associate dialogue events with audio clips, using meta tags.
Secure messaging system with constrained user actions for ensured compliant transmission of medical information
Systems and methods are provided for secure messaging with constrained user actions. An example method includes causing presentation of an interactive user interface, the interactive user interface enabling messaging with end users, each end user being associated with a respective phone number. Selection of a particular end user is received via the interaction user interface and the interactive user interface is updated to include a selectable option which triggers transmission of a standardized consent message to a particular phone number associated with the particular end user. A reply message is received from the particular phone number indicating the affirmative consent. The interactive user interface is updated, with the updated interactive user interface including an input portion configured to receive arbitrary information for transmission to the particular phone number.

Computer-Implemented System And Method For Providing Contextually Relevant Servicing
A computer-implemented system and method for providing contextually relevant servicing is provided. A request for servicing is received via a call center and assigned to a user. A context of the user is tracked via sensors that are associated with the user. An activity performed by the user during the servicing is determined based on the context, and one or more recommendations relevant to the identified activity are provided to the user.
