Native-feature silent coercion alarm
Apparatus and methods for providing protection from economic exploitation. The apparatus and methods may include a platform for tagging a social security number and/or other suitable identification number. The system may allow a person associated with a social security number to automatically flag and deny any product or service request associated with the social security number. The alarms are “silent,” because the alarm may initiate an institution internal process in which the customer interaction with the institution follows a normal diligence process until an intervention can be effectively executed on behalf of the customer. This reduces the likelihood of a reaction from the customer's associate prior to completing the diligence process. A system may provide the customer with an opportunity to electronically activate an alarm by typing keystrokes on a card reader keypad or interacting with a physical sensor on the reader, on the card, or the like.
Personal Security System and Method
A personal safety system comprising: a personal electronic device carried by an individual having one or more sensors for recording visual and/or audio data associated with the individual; at least one external service nominated by the individual to be in electronic communication with the personal electronic device to receive and store the recorded visual and/or audio data from the personal electronic device in real time for monitoring purposes; and wherein, the visual and/or audio data is continuously recorded in discrete predetermined intervals by the personal electronic device and at the completion of each discrete predetermined interval the visual and/or audio data for that discrete predetermined interval is transmitted to the external service together with data capturing the time and location of the individual, and following transmission of the visual and/or audio data, the data is deleted from the personal electronic device.

Systems and methods including one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer readable media storing computing instructions that, when executed on the one or more processors, perform: receiving dispute resolution information from a user corresponding to a dispute, wherein the dispute resolution information comprises a first data input and a second data input; analyzing, with a first machine learning module in a first tier of a machine learning engine, the dispute resolution information from the user to identify a dispute reason; analyzing, with at least one of second and third machine learning modules in a second tier of the machine learning engine, the dispute resolution information based on the dispute reason, as identified; and determining a dispute resolution based on an output of the second tier of the machine learning engine to resolve the dispute. A computer-implemented method for identifying, among user electronic devices, customer electronic devices associated with genuine customers of organizations, the method being executed by a server, the method comprising: receiving, from a first user electronic device by the server, a first uniform resource locator (URL) of a first user browsing history; generating a first embedding corresponding to the first URL; comparing the first embedding with a template embedding of a plurality of template embeddings, the plurality of template embeddings having been retrieved from a genuity database; and in response to a difference between the first embedding and the template embedding being lower than an embedding difference threshold, adding the first embedding to the genuity database.
