LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Systems and methods are provided for managing and monitoring landscape service providers, contractors, and others, for delivery of appropriate services and/or products to a subject residential or commercial property. A computer implemented electronic system having a number of modules and/or components, including a central computer portal, a secure user interface for a potential service provider (landscape service provider, contractor) in electronic communication with the central computer portal, a consumer/customer portal linked to access information concerning service provided (accessible to a property manager, property owner, residential customer) in electronic communication with a central computer portal, and an integrated network of electronic data-collecting sensors (such as at/on a subject property of interest/subject property), is provided. The systems and methods include a number of integrated modules fashioned to perform particular tasks as part of an overall property management system, including a request for qualifications (RFQ) generating module, a procurement module, a contact compliance and monitoring module, an asset management module, a water management module and a mechanical maintenance module.
Method and system for identifying conflicts between a building frame structure and finishing materials
The present invention is a computer implemented method for determining and conforming the position of finishing materials within a building, comprising: accessing, by at least one processor, a model; identifying, by at least one processor, sheathing materials and frame members; detecting, by at least one processor, at least one instance where the sheathing material interfaces with at least one of the frame members; calculating, by at least one processor, an actual location of the sheathing material relative to the frame members; comparing, by at least one processor, the actual location of the sheathing material relative to the frame members to a required location; and generating, by at least one processor, a list of interfaces which the actual location is outside the predetermined range of the required locations.
Authenticity verification of a digital model
A system for documenting a state of a building, comprising a first measuring system to determine actual data of the building, and at least one server having a memory for storing a digital model of the building, the server providing the digital model to the first measuring system and providing a blockchain of blocks, each block comprising a timestamp, hash data of a previous block and change data related to changes of the model, wherein a current block comprises current change data related to a latest change and task data related to tasks to be performed at the building hat have to be met. The first measuring system is adapted to interpret the task data, perform a measuring task, generate measurement data obtained by performing the measuring task, and to generate a new block of the blockchain, wherein the server is adapted to verify an admissibility of the new block.
REAL ESTATE PROPERTY ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND METHOD
Disclosed embodiments provide a real estate property analysis system and method. A user provides search criteria, lifestyle options, and/or style preferences. This data is provided to a machine learning system to select real estate properties based on the provided information. The selected real estate property information is provided in a list to a user. The user interface enables positive or negative feedback of each of the items in the list. The machine learning system periodically adjusts the list based on user feedback. Thus, disclosed embodiments streamline and sort listings based on user preferences and lifestyle priorities, thereby introducing them to refined real estate property choices. Taking into account a user's unique style and lifestyle priorities, disclosed embodiments can provide a personalized feed of real estate property listings ranked such that the closest matches appear first in the list, thereby simplifying the complex task of searching for a home.
Cloud-Based Infrastructure for Multi-Party Commercial Real Estate Management
The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for adaptive role-based leasing transaction management, including management of tenant inquiries. An example method includes receiving a request from a user to access a lease transaction management system. An organization and a role associated with a current session of the user are determined. A user interface is customized based on the organization and the role associated with the current session. Information for tenant inquiries that the user is authorized to view based on the role and the organization is displayed. Tenant inquiry information for a first tenant inquiry for a first prospective tenant is received. At least one matching property that matches the tenant inquiry information is automatically identified. Information about the at least one matching property is presented to the user.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING A PREDICTED DESIRED TARGET MARGIN OF A SELLER OF A REAL-ESTATE PROPERTY
A system and method for generating a predicted desired target margin of a seller of a real-estate property (REP), including: extracting at least a dataset that is associated with the seller of the at least a first REP, wherein the dataset includes at least one value that is associated with each parameter of a set of parameters related to at least one prior transaction of the seller; and determining a predicted target margin of the seller with respect to the sale of the at least a first REP based on the second data set.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EVALUATING SOLAR INSTALLATION PLANS, STRUCTURAL AND ELECTRICAL ANALYSES, AND PERMIT PREPARATION
A system and method for preparing structural analyses for solar installation projects, designing photovoltaic solar electrical systems and thermal solar systems processing solar installation plans, including the processing and interpretation of user input and jobsite information, supplementation of user input with data queried from relevant databases, processing and analyses of jobsite information according to requisite analyses, automated generation of forms and reports for review by a reviewing entity, delivery of signed and sealed documents for process by appropriate regulatory bodies, and addition of third-party verified eSignature and/or file encryption to sign and/or seal reports and plan documents.
Computer method and GUI for displaying a reflexive index price from the settlement of commodity contracts
A computer method for establishing a commodity price index includes receiving, via a web server, transactions for a plurality of first electronic currency denominated commodity or commodity future contracts, and recording, with a server computer operatively coupled to the web server, settlement prices for the plurality of the first electronic currency denominated commodity or commodity future contracts on a distributed ledger. The computer method includes reading, with the server computer, from the distributed ledger, at least a portion of the first electronic currency denominated commodity or commodity future contracts settlement prices, and determining a current electronic currency index price from the at least a portion of the first electronic currency denominated commodity or commodity future contracts settlement prices. The computer method includes displaying the current electronic currency index price on an electronic display. The computer method further includes setting a value of a second electronic currency to correspond to the current electronic currency index price.
Method and system for identifying conflicts between building frame structure and fixtures
The present invention is a computer implemented method for determining and conforming the position of fixture within a building, comprising: accessing a model; identifying a fixture and frame members, wherein the fixture are positioned within the model and interface with select frame members and have a set of properties; detecting at least one instance where the fixture interfaces with at least one of the frame members; calculating an actual location of the fixture relative to the frame members; comparing the actual location of the fixture relative to the frame members to a required location, wherein the required location is based on the set of properties and determining if the actual location is within a tolerance of the required location; and generating a list of interfaces which the actual location is outside the predetermined range of the required locations.
METHOD OF INTRODUCING ECOSYSTEM AND METHOD OF MANAGING VALUE INFORMATION ABOUT LAND
A method of introducing an ecosystem, the method includes collecting a sample from subject land in which a plant is grown, examining a microbiome in the subject land before starting to grow the plant, the examining the microbiome including DNA analysis on the sample, determining the plant to be grown in the subject land based on a result of the examining the microbiome, and introducing the plant to be grown to the subject land. In the introducing the plant to be grown, the plant has an artificially developed symbiotic relationship to produce a priority effect with a microorganism configured to contribute to growth of the plant to be grown.
