Selective Online Content Removal Based on Activity History
A computer that selectively removes online content associated with an individual is described. During operation, the computer may perform an enrollment process associated with the individual, where the enrollment process involves receiving credentials for one or more accounts associated with the individual. Then, based at least in part on the credentials, the computer may monitor a subsequent activity history associated with the individual, where the activity history includes online transactions associated with the individual, and where the online transactions are associated with multiple locations and the one or more accounts. When the computer receives information specifying an occurrence of an event (such as death or illness of the individual), the computer may, based at least in part on the monitored activity history, selectively remove the online content associated with the individual and at least some of the locations.
Systems and methods for automated distribution of digital assets
A method of distributing a smart will of a user, the method comprising: receiving a smart will creation request comprising: one or more beneficiary wallet identifiers, and asset distribution rules; creating, based on the smart will creation request, an estate smart contract, the estate smart contract being configured to authorize transfer of one or more assets registered to the estate smart contract to a storage location specified by an executor smart contract; receiving, by the executor smart contract, a death notification indicative of death of an owner of the estate smart contract; instructing the estate smart contract to transfer the assets from the estate smart contract to a trust smart contract; verifying, by the trust smart contract, that the beneficiary wallets are valid; and transferring, by the trust smart contract, one or more assets to the beneficiary wallets in accordance with the asset distribution rules.
Asset Documentation and Notification System
A computer based asset management system that organizes and stores a member's end of life wishes. The users give information about their wishes and assets, and also designate designees. This is organized by guiding the first member through determining the different categories of assets that the first member owns, and receiving from the first member, information about each of the assets, and also receiving from the first member, the end of life information including asset evidencing documents, which indicate information about the assets owned by the member, and preferences regarding end of life wishes. Each asset document is associated with a permission level associated with the asset document, where the permission level includes at least a shared document which is immediately shared with the designee, and a personal document which is not shared with the designee, the system providing all the end of life information including the personal document which is not shared with the designee, until detecting a life changing event of the member.
Deceased notification system and method
A deceased notification system utilizing hub and spoke architecture to facilitate notifications to multiple organizations. By having all disparate and disjointed company deceased notification processes and their corresponding required documentation self-contained in one system, the invention provides a means for those settling estates to utilize a “hub and spoke” model to provide deceased notifications, whereby they register someone's death at the hub, and have the system proactively push deceased notifications to all pertinent organizations at the earliest time. This will save all parties time, provide quicker notifications to prevent deceased identity theft, as well as the stoppage of charges for services that are no longer needed, by the decedent.
SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM
According to at least one exemplary embodiment, a method, system and computer program product for an online social media platform may be shown and described. The platform may provide a service for creating and securing content. The content may be created by a user. In an exemplary embodiment, the content may be released upon or after the death of the user. In an exemplary embodiment, the content may be the user's last will, memories, sentiments, or some words for living survivors, groups, or the general public. Users may publicly leave user content or a video, or may designate the content to only be accessible privately to a selected group of people. An ancestry log or family tree may be formed from the stored content. The ancestry log may be publicly viewable, or viewing may be restricted to relatives or other designated recipients.
ACCOUNT INHERITANCE
Disclosed herein are system, method, and apparatus for account inheritance. The method performed at a gateway server includes generating a user access token based on user information received at the gateway server, and receiving information identifying a deceased. The method includes determining one or more account identifiers corresponding to one or more accounts associated with the deceased. The method includes determining a list of beneficiaries corresponding to the one or more accounts associated with the deceased, and generating a record including the user information, the information identifying the deceased, the one or more account identifiers, and the list of beneficiaries for storing in a databased using user access token, thereby generating a form accessible based on the user access token to display content corresponding to the record stored in the database.

The systems and methods can be used for linking or associating data records relating to real estate parcels. A given parcel in a community of parcels may have many neighbors. Beneficiaries can be verified, including traditional asset (real estate property, currency, bonds, stocks, shares, vehicles, precious metal, funds, tangible assets, and like) and non-traditional assets in particular include the assets of which ownership and transfer includes cryptography technology, blockchain technology, and such assets are generally decentralized or are borderless.
