SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING A STATE OF A STOWAGE BIN ASSEMBLY WITHIN AN INTERNAL CABIN OF A VEHICLE
A system includes one or more components within an internal cabin of a vehicle. An imaging device is configured to obtain an image of the one or more components. A state determination control unit includes a processor. The state determination control unit is in communication with the imaging device. The state determination control unit receives image data including the image from the imaging device. Further, the state determination control unit determines a state of the one or more components based on the image data.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING PROJECTION IMAGES
Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media taught herein process a subset of a three-dimensional array of voxels to form an image of a region of interest in an object. Images thus formed are clear, comprehensible, and contextual. The systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media taught herein select the subset of voxels that represent the region of interest along a direction perpendicular to a view direction defined by the region of interest. The subset of voxels represents one or more portions of a plurality of image slices of the object.
Identification of uncommon objects in containers
A system for identifying in an image an object that is commonly found in a collection of images and for identifying a portion of an image that represents an object based on a consensus analysis of segmentations of the image. The system collects images of containers that contain objects for generating a collection of common objects within the containers. To process the images, the system generates a segmentation of each image. The image analysis system may also generate multiple segmentations for each image by introducing variations in the selection of voxels to be merged into a segment. The system then generates clusters of the segments based on similarity among the segments. Each cluster represents a common object found in the containers. Once the clustering is complete, the system may be used to identify common objects in images of new containers based on similarity between segments of images and the clusters.
Object Monitoring System for Aircraft
A method, apparatus, system, and computer program product for monitoring a platform. Images are received by a computer system from a sensor system positioned to monitor movement of human beings relative to the platform. A set of the human beings is identified by the computer system in the images. The movement of the set of the human beings relative to the platform is determined by the computer system using the images. A count of the human beings on the platform is determined by the computer system based on the movement determined for the set of the human beings. A set of actions is performed by the computer system based on the count of the human beings on the platform.
FOREIGN MATTER INSPECTION SYSTEM AND FOREIGN MATTER INSPECTION METHOD
To provide a means that is less likely to misidentify a crack as a foreign matter during an image inspection in which a vibration is applied to a powder contained in a bag-like container. A foreign matter inspection system includes a vibration device configured to apply a vibration to a container, a photography device configured to optically photograph the inside of the container through a transparent area, and a determination device configured to determine whether a foreign matter is present inside the container based on an image of the container photographed by the photography device. The vibration device alternately applies weak vibrations W and strong vibrations S to the container, and the determination device determines whether the foreign matter is present inside the container based on the image of the container photographed by the photography device when the vibration device applies the weak vibrations W.
POSITION DETECTION APPARATUS, POSITION DETECTION SYSTEM, REMOTE CONTROL APPARATUS, REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM, POSITION DETECTION METHOD, AND PROGRAM
A position detection apparatus comprises: a map information creation part that creates map information representing a position in a space including a floor surface on which at least one detection object may be disposed; a mask information creation part that creates mask information, by extracting a region of a predetermined height range within a height range from the floor surface when the detection object is disposed in the space from the map information; a specifying part that specifies partial optical image information, by removing a region corresponding to the mask information from the optical image information; and a detection part that specifies a positional relationship between the map information and the partial optical image information at a pixel level, and detects a position of the detection object in the map information based on the specified positional relationship.
Cross-sensor object-attribute analysis method and system
A cross-sensor object-attribute analysis method for detecting at least one object in a space by using cooperation of a plurality of image sensing devices, the method including: the image sensing devices sending raw data or attribute vector data of sensed multiple images to a main information processing device, where the raw data and attribute vector data all correspond to a time record; and the main information processing device generating one or more of the attribute vectors according to the raw data of each of the images and using each of the one or more of the attribute vectors to correspond to one of the at least one object, or the main information processing device directly using the attribute vector data to correspond to the at least one object.
PACKAGE ANALYSIS EDGE DEVICES AND SYSTEMS
Disclosed herein are systems and methods for analyzing one or more package. In an embodiment, disclosed is a method comprising determining, by a sensor component of a package analysis device comprising a processor that executes computer executable components stored in a memory and the memory that stores computer executable components, a presence of a package and a set of dimensions of the package and extracting, by an image capturing component of the package analysis device, a set of image data from a package label based on a determined presence of the package.
Authentication-based tracking
Methods and systems integrate digital fingerprint authentication-based identification and location tracking into a single, continuous process in which an authentication-integrated tracking system is simultaneously aware of both the identity and location of each physical object at all times as they move along a conveyance system. Insertion or removal of an object is quickly detected and reported. Rapid reestablishment and continuation of authentication-integrated tracking is enabled in the event of any temporary interruption or failure of tracking in the system. An exemplary system comprises plural tracking units networked together, each tracking unit including a camera or scanner to observe a corresponding field of view, the tracking units arrange to realize a continuous field of view of a physical conveyance system.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USING AUGMENTED REALITY TO LOCATE OBJECTS, IDENTIFY PERSONS, AND INTERACT WITH INANIMATE OBJECTS
A system is provided which utilizes multiple combinations of object location technology to locate objects and direct users to them, and which provides reliable owner recognition and ownership verification with the use of displayed augmented reality with a predefined image of the object and/or the user. Further, the system utilizes augmented reality fingerprint markers. When the augmented reality fingerprint marker is positioned on an object and scanned with a smart device, information relating to the object is superimposed on the object displayed on the smart device.
