Electronic padlock

An electronic padlock comprising a lock body, a locking hook moveably connected to the lock body, and an unlocking assembly, a locking mechanism, and a mechanical unlocking system and an electronic unlocking system which are provided in the lock body. One end of the mechanical unlocking system and one end of the electronic unlocking system are movably connected to the unlocking assembly to drive the unlocking assembly to perform position conversion between a first position and a second position, respectively; a locking mechanism is defined at the unlocking assembly, when the unlocking assembly is in the first position, the locking mechanism limits a position of the locking hook, the electronic padlock is in a locked state; when the unlocking assembly is in the second position, the locking mechanism is disengaged inwardly from the locking hook so that the locking hook can be pulled out to unlock the electronic padlock.

An apparatus includes a touch interface that includes a plurality of electrodes and a shield device. The shield device is configured to establish a first mutual capacitive coupling with a first electrode of the plurality of electrodes. The shield device is further configured to establish a second mutual capacitive coupling with a second electrode of the plurality of electrodes. The apparatus further includes a controller coupled to the touch interface. The controller is configured to detect a touch based on a detected first capacitance value of the first mutual capacitive coupling and a detected second capacitance value of the second mutual capacitive coupling.

Method and Device for the Non-Mechanical Activation of a Closure Arrangement

A method and a device are provided for non-mechanical activation of a closure arrangement, in particular of a vehicle door, by way of a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal is registered and corresponding registration information is generated, on the basis of which an activation signal is transmitted to the registered terminal. The terminal changes from a first operating state into a second operating state on the basis of the activation signal, wherein in the second operating state a user input is registered by way of the terminal, and corresponding input data are generated. An activation signal which is output by the terminal operated in the second operating state, on the basis of the input data, is received, and the closure arrangement is activated in a power-driven fashion on the basis of the activation signal.

Door unlocking systems and methods

A system for unlocking a door is provided. The system includes an unlocking mechanism, an electronic board, and a mechanical switch. The unlocking mechanism is configured to unlock the door. The electronic board is configured to be activated from a sleep mode into an active mode. The sleep mode causes the electronic board to consume less than a predetermined amount of power. The mechanical switch is configured to be physically activated to close an electric circuit in the electronic board, thereby causing the electronic board to switch from the sleep mode to the active mode. Upon being activated into the active mode, the electronic board broadcasts a request to nearby computing devices to provide a verification code. Upon receiving the verification code, the electronic board activates the unlocking mechanism, thereby causing the unlocking mechanism to unlock the door, and switches back to the sleep mode.

SMART LOCK SYSTEM

A smart lock system that includes a smart lock that electronically locks and unlocks a door and a server that outputs a command to the smart lock to lock or unlock the door via the internet in response to an instruction received via the internet from a user device. The user device may also (simultaneously) directly transmit an instruction to the smart lock (e.g., via Bluetooth). The user device may also directly transmit an instruction to the smart lock to unlock the door in response to a determination that the user device is within a predefined geofenced region around the smart lock. The smart lock may also include a keypad. The smart lock may also include a camera that captures images and output those images to the server for transmittal to the user device. The smart may also include a motion sensor and capture images in response to detected motion.

Card-type vehicle smart key and control method therefor

A vehicle card-type smart key that it includes a tact switch; and a touch input unit for sensing a touch from a user; and a control unit which performs an action related to the button input only when both a button input from said tact switch and a touch input from the touch input unit exist.

Methods and systems for providing standardized mobile device distraction prevention and safety protocols are disclosed. In particular, an embodiment of a method for activating a distraction prevention or safety protocol behavior in a mobile device when the mobile device satisfies a specific condition is disclosed. The method includes discovering one or more protocol activators configured to transmit discovery information associated with a specific condition. The method further includes activating distraction prevention safety protocol behavior in the mobile device based at least in part on the discovery information. In an implementation, the specific condition may be a specified environment itself and or include an event when the mobile device enters a specified environment or a specified sequence of numbers is dialed from the mobile device.
