SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GATED IN-GAME ACCESS BASED ON COLLECTIONS OF UNIQUE DIGITAL ARTICLES
Systems and methods to providing gated in-game access based on collections and/or combinations of unique digital articles in an online gaming platform are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may execute instances of a game; manage player accounts associated with the players, including a first player account associated with a first player, wherein a first account inventory includes a first and a second unique digital article; receive, from the first player, a first action request for an in-game action that requires ownership of the first and second unique digital articles (as recorded on an immutable ledger); permit the first action request (and other similar requests) unless and until the first player is no longer the registered owner of the first and second unique digital articles.
LOCATION-BASED USER INTERFACE
The present invention provides a system for updating a wagering application interface to a customized interface with additional functionality based upon the user's physical location, such as a sports arena or stadium, restaurant, or bar. The updated wagering application interface provides the user with a customized appearance that incorporates the home team's colors if located at a stadium or arena or provides signage or advertisements on the interface if the user is located at a sports bar or restaurant. Also, additional functionality can be provided through the wagering application, such as ordering food or providing promotions being offered at the location to allow the user to enjoy a customized wagering experience through the wagering application interface based on the user's physical location
Validating a Player's Real-World Location using Activity Within a Parallel-Reality Game
Systems and methods for linking real world activity, such as real world commercial activity or real world data collection activity, with a location-based parallel reality game are provided. In particular, a game server hosting a parallel reality game can modify, update, or add to game data stored in a game database associated with the parallel reality game to include certain game features in the parallel reality game linked with real world activity in the real world. The game features can be linked with activities in the real world such that player actions associated with the game features in the virtual world can lead to or encourage activity in the real world, such as commercial activity and/or data collection activity in the real world. A one-time password may be used to validate a player's location in the real world and to enable controlled access to game features in the virtual world.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ON-LINE GAME BASED ON CONSUMER WISH LIST
A system and method for assessing personal preferences and interests of end-users by engaging one or more end-users in a game in which the end-user may be given a chance to win a product item from a collection of product items selected by the end-user.
EVENT-BASED CURRENCY
An approach to facilitating event-based currency is provided. A first virtual currency usable by users of a game space to purchase in-space benefits may be managed. An event in the game space that is conducted during an event time period may be managed such that, during the event time period, an event virtual currency may be distributed to one or more of the users as a reward for certain operations and/or achievements performed in the game space during the event time period. Exchanges of in-space benefits associated with the event virtual currency may be effectuated for one or more of the users. In some implementations, the event virtual currency may not available to the users after the event time period, while the first virtual currency may be available to the users during and after the event time period.
GAMING MACHINE AND METHOD WITH MULTIPLE GAME MODES
A group of gaming machines, method, and program product are provided for operating in two gaming modes. In response to a mode change event received over the network, the mode of gaming machines in the group changes from a first gaming mode to a second gaming mode including a meter displayed by the display system and a different paytable for the game than the first gaming mode. A level of the respective meter for each gaming machine in the group is reduced based on the time spent in the second gaming mode. A bonus event trigger activates a bonus feature for the respective gaming machine including at least one bonus prize, and in response to the bonus outcome at the respective gaming machine, meter level is decreased at each gaming machine in the group. The second game mode ends when the meter reaches a defined lowest level.
Probabilistic Real-Time Control System with Mid-Transaction Inputs and Proportional Output
Persistent storage specifies a base feature, an enhanced feature, and an overall ratio. One or more processors are configured to: receive a first input for the base feature; determine that the enhanced feature has not been activated; determine a first output of the base feature that is probabilistically proportional to the first input in accordance with a first ratio less than or equal to the overall ratio; provide the first output; receive a second input for the base feature; determine that the enhanced feature has been activated; provide one or more additional inputs for the enhanced feature; receive a selected input; determine a particular additional output for the enhanced feature that is probabilistically proportional to the selected input in accordance with the overall ratio; and provide the particular additional output.
Systems for multiple legal game providers with digital ledger
A wireless communications system is provided that runs on a mobile device and includes a computer system run on at least one platform on which a plurality of different lottery transactions for different jurisdictions are supported and run from the at least one platform. A decentralized and distributed digital ledger is used to record transactions for the lottery transactions, where each of a lottery transaction can include a lottery element. At least one computer readable storage medium stores computer executable instructions that, when executed by the at least one network processor in the workflow server residing in the mobile communications network, implement components including: a workflow module comprising sets of workflow instructions for processing different types of lottery game packets from a plurality of different jurisdictions; and a deep packet inspection module for inspecting a received lottery game packet and providing information about the lottery game packet to the workflow module.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ROBOTIC TICKET SCRATCHING VIA LIVE REMOTE MOBILE INTERFACE
A robotic ticket scratching system includes a controller configured to receive a dispense command for a ticket dispensing machine; cause the ticket dispensing machine to dispense, based on the dispense command, a ticket having a scratching area; and receive user-provided signing data and user-provided scratching data from the application server. The robotic ticket scratching system further includes a robotic scratching mechanism configured to scratch, or remove an opaque substance from, the scratching area of the ticket in accordance with the user-provided scratching data.
