Gaming system and method for providing variable timers to make inputs
Gaming systems that employ a timer to make one or more inputs, wherein different amounts of time of the timer are based on different inputs made.
AN AUTOMATED GAMING ARRANGEMENT
The present disclosure generally relates to an automated gaming arrangement, specifically provided with means for reducing the need of continuous human surveillance. The present disclosure also relates to a corresponding method for operating such a gaming arrangement and a thereto related computer program product.
INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR INFORMATION PROCESSING
An information processing method includes: storing in a storage, information indicating that a user is a paid member for a fixed period; providing an advantage in a game to the user for the fixed period; managing usage frequency of the advantage by the user for the fixed period; and sending the user notification information including the usage frequency as the fixed period elapses.
STATUS SWITCHING METHOD AND APPARATUS, EDGE COMPUTING DEVICE AND COMPUTER STORAGE MEDIUM
Provided are a status switching method and apparatus, an edge computing device and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: in response to that a manual status switching request to a game platform is acquired, determining a current game status of the game platform; and in response to that the current game status satisfies a switching condition corresponding to the manual status switching request, switching the game status of the game platform from the current game status to a target game status corresponding to the manual status switching request.
MULTIPLE PLAYER WAGERING GAME SYSTEMS AND METHODS WITH PLAYER ACTION RANDOMNESS
The present disclosure provides a wagering game platform that employs individual player actions of players within a multiple-player (e.g., massively player) connected wagering game system as the primary and/or sole source of uncertainty within a wagering game. Only collective playing actions (e.g., act of betting and/or wager amount) of the players serve as the basis for the payout outcome such that the wagering game platform does not rely on a random and pseudorandom number generators within the wagering game.
Systems and methods for modifying one or more symbols on one or more still-spinning reels of a wagering game
An electronic gaming machine performs operations comprising: (i) simulating a rotating plurality of reels, each reel of the simulated rotating plurality of reels comprising a plurality of symbols including standard symbols and bonus trigger symbols; (ii) stopping a first reel of the simulated rotating plurality of reels, wherein the first reel displays a first plurality of symbols; (iii) determining whether of the first plurality of symbols displayed include i) all standard symbols, or ii) at least one bonus trigger symbol; (iv) on at least one remaining reel of the simulated rotating reels one of: i) modifying at least one bonus trigger symbol with a standard symbol if all standard symbols are displayed, or ii) modifying the at least one standard symbol with at least one bonus trigger symbol; (v) stopping the remaining reels of the simulated rotating plurality of reels, wherein the remaining reels display a plurality of symbols; (vi) evaluating the symbols stopped and displayed from each of the simulated rotating plurality of reels; and (vii) determining, based upon the evaluating, whether to provide a game award.
SYSTEM FOR WAGERING ON EVENT OUTCOMES BASED ON TWO TIMINGS DURING AN EVENT
A system for wagering on event outcomes based on two timings during an event can include determining a first timing of an event and a plurality of possible future states of the event based upon a second timing of the event. Then the system may determine a probability of occurrence for each of the plurality of possible future states based on probability information. Then the system may determine odds for betting that a first one of the pluralities of possible future states will occur. Then the system may present a plurality of users at a plurality of corresponding computer interfaces information indicating an opportunity to place a bet at the determined odds that the first possible future state will occur, the plurality of computer interfaces being in networked communication with the at least one processor.
Techniques for facilitating multiplayer/tournament hybrid skill-based, wager-based gaming via computer networks
Various aspects described for implementing tournament hybrid arcade/wager-based gaming techniques via computer networks, including one or more casino gaming networks. The tournament hybrid arcade/wager-based game may include a non-wager based gaming portion and a wager-based gaming portion. One or more players are able to concurrently engage in continuous game play of the non-wager based gaming portion during execution of wager-based gaming events which are automatically triggered based on events which occur during play of the non-wager based gaming portion. Payouts for a given wager-based game event outcome may include both monetary payouts and/or non-monetary payouts.
Gaming device with multiple triggerable respin features
A gaming device includes a display, a processor, and a memory storing a plurality of sets of reel strips which include configurable and non-configurable symbols. The gaming device provides hold and spin feature games that hold the configurable symbols if selected. Additional game windows can be activated enabling configurable symbols to be added. Only one of multiple versions of the hold and spin feature game may be triggered from any base game depending on which set of reel strips is used, and its respective version of triggering symbols. In one example, a fixed number of multiple game windows are always activated if the hold and spin feature is a first version while only one game window is initially active if the hold and spin feature is a second version. In the second version, more game windows can be activated if sufficient configurable symbols are held.
Method for isolating players of electronic gaming machines on a network of electronic gaming machines
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to method of operating a gaming system including a plurality of networked electronic gaming machines and a wireless network that communicates with mobile devices carried by attendants. The method detects when an electronic gaming machine is engaged by a player and disables at least one adjacent electronic gaming machine. When the player disengages from the electronic gaming machine, it is disabled and an attendant is dispatched to the electronic gaming machine via their mobile device to implement a cleaning protocol. When the cleaning protocol is completed, the attendant so indicates via an input on the mobile computing device, and the electronic gaming device is enabled for play.
