Container for menstrual collection and emptying thereof
A container for menstrual collection and emptying thereof, in the shape of a cup or of a flat cup, with a drainage tube composed of at least one very flexible thin-walled portion, and a wall portion of greater thickness. By applying an upward force on the portion, the tube is folded by its portion closing off the liquid passageway, and the tube end remaining directly anchored to the vaginal wall or below a hollow formed in the container. For a mid-day emptying, a downward force is applied on the portion to unfold the drainage tube. The horizontal rim of the cup has a number of notches to aid the folding and can have a sloped shape, or double-ringed.
MULTI-LAYER URINE CAPTURE DEVICE AND RELATED METHODS
Embodiments are directed to a multi-layered urine capture device suitable for collecting and transporting urine away from the body. The urine capture device can be positioned adjacent a urethra of a female user. The urine capture device can include a plurality of layers, for example, one or more fluid permeable layers, one or more absorbent layers, one or more hydrophobic layers, one or more wicking layers, one or more fluid impermeable layers, and other suitable layers.
FLUID COLLECTION DEVICES INCLUDING AT LEAST ONE SHAPE MEMORY MATERIAL
Examples relate to systems, devices, and methods for removing fluid from a fluid collection device using a vacuum source operably coupled thereto. The fluid collection devices include urine collection devices having shape memory material that may be selectively shaped to complement the female or male anatomy near the respective urethras.

Low profile bedpan
A device for capturing and disposing of urine comprises an elongated body. The elongated body includes a top surface, a handle end, and a neck end opposite of the handle end. The device comprises an open neck extending in a direction away from the top surface. The device comprises a groove disposed substantially along the top surface toward the open neck, the groove including a groove wall that extends downwardly from the handle end to the neck end. A bag may be removably disposed on the open neck.
FLUID COLLECTION ASSEMBLIES INCLUDING A FLUID IMPERMEABLE BARRIER HAVING A SUMP AND A BASE
Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to fluid collection assemblies including a fluid impermeable barrier having a sump and a base. An example fluid collection assembly includes a fluid impermeable barrier. The fluid impermeable barrier includes a sump and a base. For example, the sump may protrude outwardly from the base. The sump defines an opening and a chamber. The fluid collection assembly may include at least one porous material disposed in the chamber that at least partially covers the opening, such as a fluid permeable membrane extending across at least a portion of the opening and a support disposed in the chamber. The fluid collection assembly may also include an adhesive layer disposed on the base that is configured to secure the rest of the fluid collection assembly to at least a portion of a pubic region of an individual. Further, the fluid collection assembly may include a fluid outlet.

Reusable Menstrual Discharge Collection Device
A reusable menstrual discharge collection device is described comprising: a continuous single piece article that forms a menstrual discharge disc-shaped collection device with a half spherical dome catch where the half spherical dome catch includes a continuous top and bottom portion, and wherein the continuous top portion is attached to a continuous flexible hinge that is placed along an entire circumferential upper portion of the half spherical dome catch and wherein the hinge also forms a base for and is connected to a 360 degree continuous rim section such that the hinge allows the continuous rim section to be in both an inverted use position/configuration that allows movement of the rim section toward the half dome spherical catch allowing for adjustability to fit multiple cervix physiologies and the elongated configuration that allows for ease of manufacturing and cleaning.
