Shelf sign systems and methods of making and using same
A shelf sign system. The shelf sign system has a base portion having a shelf member configured to be secured to a shelf, an extender extending from the shelf member, and a sign receiver arranged at an end of the extender opposite the shelf member. The sign receiver comprises a head and two grooves defining a neck. A width of the neck is less than a width of the head. The system includes a first sign portion configured to be removably coupled to the sign receiver. Each of two opposing surfaces of the first sign portion are configured to be printable. The first sign portion has a coupling opening. The system includes a second sign portion configured to be removably coupled to the base portion. The first sign portion is removably coupled to and suspended from the base portion whereby the head extends through the coupling opening.
Multilayered sheet assembly and a method for forming a sign
A multilayered sheet assembly for forming a sign on an object includes a carrier layer including a first side and a second side, a sign layer that is arranged on the first side of the carrier layer via a first adhesive layer, and a strip layer that is arranged on the second side of the carrier layer via a second adhesive layer in an adhesively separable manner. The sign layer carries a third adhesive layer at an exposed side that is across from the carrier layer to allow a sign that is formed by the sign layer to adhere to the object at the exposed side while releasing from the carrier layer.
Portable Display Assembly
A portable display assembly includes a housing that is elongated. A display is coupled to the housing and the display extends along a substantial length of the housing. The display displays indicia comprising customizable images and words to visually communicate a message to an observer. An adhesive strip is coupled to the housing to engage a surface to retain the housing on the surface. A sign is included that has a handle portion and a panel portion, and the handle portion can be gripped by a user for displaying the panel portion. Moreover, the housing is attachable to the panel portion of the sign such that the display can visually communicate the message to the observer.
Repositionable Display Panel
A repositionable display panel includes a rigid image plate that includes a front surface configured to receive a colorant to form an image thereon and a back surface opposite to the first surface. The rigid image plate is defined by an image plate thickness and image plate widths. A spacer block is defined by a spacer block thickness and spacer block widths smaller than the image plate widths. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer between the back surface of the rigid image plate and the spacer block bonds the rigid image plate and the spacer block together.
DEVICE FOR ATTACHING ITEMS TO SURFACE
The present invention is directed to a device for attaching items to a surface, including attachment devices for attaching the device to the surface and pressure components connected to the attachment device, the pressure component having an upturned lip. The device may comprise a rib on a bottom surface to receive the attachment device such as adhesive, putty, fasteners, magnets, suction cups, etc. Pressure components may be biased toward the surface or a plate. Pressure may be applied between the pressure components and the surface or plate due to a curved lip on the pressure component. The pressure component and plate may be biased toward each other. The device may comprise an attachment core configured to receive the attachment device and attach to the pressure components. The device may include promotional designs or markings, and/or may be configured to hold items in a substantially non-coplanar arrangement with the surface.

Vehicle registration mounting assembly and method
A vehicle registration mounting assembly and method includes a vehicle having a bumper with an outer surface. A panel has a front side, a back side and a perimeter edge and the panel is elongated from a first side edge to a second side edge. The panel is comprised of a plastic material, which is flexible to conform to contours of the outer surface of the bumper. An adhesive is positioned on the back side of the panel. The adhesive adheres the back side of the panel to the outer surface of the bumper. A plurality of identification indicia is positioned within a laminate formed by bonding of layers of the panel to identify an owner of the vehicle.
Stairway safety device
A safety device includes a body configured for attachment to a structure. The body has a first layer and a second layer. The body is washable, reusable, and attachable to varying surface compositions. An indicia is formed in the first layer, the indicia providing visual stimuli for persons with impaired depth perception.
PHOTOLUMINESCENT IDENTIFIER SYSTEM FOR FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT
The present system provides a lightweight fire-resistant photoluminescent identifier system for firefighters, which is suitable for use on the firefighter's facemask, as well as other equipment. The system is lightweight and provides individual recognition of an individual firefighter. The identifier system lights up automatically in a low-light environment without batteries, yet prevents glare to the firefighter using the system. The components that comprise the system are fire-resistant to temperatures up to and exceeding 500 degrees Fahrenheit to facilitate personal recognition of the individual in dark and low-light areas.
SAVE-A-CHILD WARNING DEVICE
An article of manufacture for providing a warning reminder that human and animal passengers are in the backseat of a vehicle according to the present invention is disclosed. The warning reminder has a message tag body shaped to prompt a driver to check the back seat, a warning text message to prompt a driver to check the back seat, and a warning graphic prompt a driver to check the back seat. The warning reminder may hang from a string, attach to an inside surface of a vehicle, and attach to a vehicle window to be visible both inside and outside of the vehicle.
